A Study On The Path To Enhance The Teaching And Education Ability Of Art Teachers In Higher Physical Education Institutions

College teachers undertake the mission of teaching and educating people,training builders and successors of socialist cause,and improving national quality.As a strong team,the technical teachers in higher physical education institutions are an important part of the country’s goal of strengthening education and sports.Its ability to teach and educate people will have an important impact on the sustainable development of higher physical education institutions and the quality of personnel training.The key part of the study is the composition of the teaching and educating ability of the technical teachers in higher physical education institutions,the influencing factors of the teaching and educating ability of the technical teachers in higher physical education institutions and the ways to improve it.The research mainly uses behavioral event interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other methods to study the teaching and educating ability of technical teachers with the purpose of improving their teaching and educating ability.The conclusions are as follows:1.The teaching and educating abilities of the technical teachers in higher physical education institutions are reflected in many aspects.The technical teachers should learn from many aspects and coordinate their development.The research shows that the technical teachers’ abilities of teaching and educating people in colleges and universities of physical education include the ability to teach according to their aptitude,the ability to apply sports technology,the ability to learn independently,the ability to scientific research,the ability to empathize with students,the ability to psychological counseling,the ability to communicate,and the ability to evaluate teaching.2.The strength of the factors that affect the ability of technical teachers to teach and educate people in colleges and universities has a direct impact on the improvement of technical teachers’ ability to teach and educate people.The research combs the influencing factors of technical teachers’ teaching and educating from three aspects,namely,teachers’ basic literacy and ability,teachers’ development,and teachers’ social evaluation.There are 20 factors that affect the ability of technical teachers to teach and educate people in colleges and universities of physical education.From the perspective of teachers’ basic quality and ability,there are 11 factors,including professional quality,professional ability,practical ability,communication and communication ability;From the perspective of teacher development,there are pre-job training,teacher development policy,teaching level encounter plateau period,teaching curriculum arrangement,school’s attention to teachers,and professional expectations;From the perspective of teachers’ social evaluation,there are social influence,scientific research ability and professional title evaluation.3.The problems encountered by higher physical education institutions in improving the teaching ability of art teachers are: the incentive mechanism emphasizes scientific research rather than teaching,which weakens the competitive advantage of art teachers and reduces the enthusiasm of art teachers in teaching.The supervision mechanism is formal and fails to grasp the teaching points of art teachers,which reduces the teaching quality of art teachers’ courses.The cultivation mechanism ignores the growth law of art teachers,and art teachers are not highly motivated to improve their teaching ability and insufficient motivation.The evaluation mechanism is based on scientific research,which magnifies the weaknesses of art teachers and lacks guidance for art teachers’ teaching.4.Improving the ability of art teachers in higher physical education institutions to teach and educate people should focus on the joint efforts in incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism,cultivation mechanism and supervision mechanism.Among them,the construction of incentive mechanism should balance teaching and research,and constantly improve the sense of acquisition of art teachers.In the construction of the regulatory mechanism,we should pay attention to the teaching process and guarantee the bottom-line development of art teachers’ teaching.In the construction of cultivation mechanism,we pay attention to the characteristics and growth rules of art teachers,and target to improve the teaching and education ability of art teachers.In the construction of the evaluation mechanism,we support and incline to the art teachers,and guide them to improve their teaching and education ability.
