Research On The Present Situation And Cultivation Of The Teaching Practice Ability Of Basketball Majors In Physical Education Specialty In Shanxi Province

The teaching practice ability is the sum of the professional theoretical knowledge and technical ability that the teacher has to complete the teaching.With the continuous development of basketball,school physical education has put forward higher requirements for basketball course teaching.Therefore,colleges and universities pay more attention to the cultivation of teaching ability in talent training.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to investigate and study the present situation of teaching ability of undergraduates majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.This paper constructs the evaluation system of basketball special students’ teaching ability,and on this basis,probes into the present situation of basketball teaching ability of basketball special students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages in the teaching practice ability.The purpose of this paper is to improve the teaching practice ability of basketball students majoring in physical education,and to lay a good foundation for students to enter the teaching work position in the future.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:The main results are as follows:(1)the evaluation index system of basketball special students’ teaching practice ability consists of 10 second-level index series and 28 three-level index series composed of basketball teaching design ability and basketball teaching implementation ability.Basketball teaching reflection ability is the most basic level,by a variety of abilities together to form a multi-level relatively independent system.(2)the students’ teaching implementation ability is between passing and middle,which is manifested in the ability of language expression and the ability of teaching organization.The ability of language expression is at the general level.Most students’ teaching organization ability is between general and poor.(3)the students’ ability to prepare before class,especially in the aspect of teaching design,is poor to the general level,which is embodied in the ability of studying basketball teaching theory and the ability of making teaching documents.The ability to master basketball teaching theory is at the general level,and the ability to make teaching documents is between poor and general.(4)the ability of classroom organization,the ability of demonstration,the ability of reasonably choosing teaching materials and teaching methods,the mastery andresearch of basketball teaching theory and the ability of language expression are the main factors that affect the teaching practice ability.(5)in the cultivation of teaching practice ability of basketball special students in physical education,emphasis should be placed on improving students’ ability of classroom organization,demonstration,reasonable selection of teaching materials and teaching methods,and the ability to study and master basketball teaching theory.The ability to correct errors,the ability to express.According to the problems existing in the process of students’ teaching practice ability,the following suggestions are put forward:The main results are as follows:(1)in the process of cultivating students’ teaching practice ability,it is very necessary to properly increase the mutual help teaching guidance among students,so that students can learn from each other’s strengths and complement their weaknesses in teaching practice,and promote the improvement of their own teaching practice ability.(2)in basketball teaching,it is necessary to strengthen the ability of students’ classroom organization,demonstration,reasonable selection of teaching materials and teaching methods,the ability to study basketball teaching theory and the ability to correct errors from many angles.The cultivation of the ability of language expression.(3)the cultivation of teaching practice ability of basketball students majoring in physical education is included in the basketball syllabus as an important content,and the teaching process is implemented step by step.
