The Research Of Training Of Skills Teaching Ability For Basketball Specialty Students Of Physical Education Majior In Wuhan Institute Of Physical Education

One of the most important feature of Basketball courses in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is focus on technical skills training which is widely acclaimed. As age advances, basketball players are higher demanded. Only high technical skills will not be enough. In recent years, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education has already pay more attention to students’ comprehensive abilities, but subject to education mode and guiding ideology, the student’s cultivation of comprehensive abilities is not that progressive.This dissertation is to investigate the current situation of basic technical skills training by using document literature, questionnaire and interviewing experts. Aimed at summarize advantages and disadvantages and give some solutions to improve students’ comprehensive abilities.1.Attaches too much importance to the practical skills and overlook the study of the theory. The lack of theoretical courses brings bad effects to the learning of systematical theory.2.The competition is good for improving technical skills. Compare with instructional competition, official competition will have better effect for practical skills but little benefit for basic technical skills and training skills.The lack of systematical theory brings bad effects to student’s self-study ability. They do not know how to develop learning and training plans.3.Due to the teaching thought, the students pay little attention to self-cultivation of basic technical skills.Our students have excellent technical movement demonstration abilities, but the teaching method and the abilities of teaching organization should be improved urgently.4.Classroom teaching, self learning and educational practice are all effective ways of building the ability of basketball teaching.The official education practice has apparent effect,but the time arrangement remains open to question.
