We are in the era of big data.In order to meet the current exploration of new physical education teaching models and the development in line with the times, and to better introduce the teaching model of blended learning into university physical education classrooms, this article will introduce blended learning An empirical study of a series of problems faced by the teaching model in the physical education classroom is used to carry out preliminary teaching experiments of blended learning in private colleges and universities. The teaching model of blended learning is mainly to form a combination of online and offline Teaching, using new media to enrich students ’learning methods.Teachers publish learning content on the online platform, test and discuss students’ learning requirements and theoretical knowledge;students learn through this platform, and learn what they have learned in the classroom Content to verify, etc. This experiment is mainly to verify whether blended learning has a positive impact on the students’ theoretical knowledge, physical shape, physical fitness, technical skills, and interest in physical education in physical education.Through the comparison of data before and after the experiment, and after the experiment,The comparison of various data of the experimental class and the control class to prove whether the teaching mode of blended learning is feasible in the physical education classroom.By comparing the data before and after the experiment and the comparison between the data of the control class and the experimental class, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The teaching mode of blended learning is obviously superior to the conventional teaching mode in improving students’ theoretical knowledge achievement.2.The teaching mode of blended learning cannot have a particularly large impact on students’ height and weight in football classes, and its effect is not particularly different from the conventional teaching mode.3.The teaching mode of blended learning does not significantly improve the students’ physical fitness in football classes, and its effect is not particularly different from the conventional teaching mode.4.The technical skills of football in both classes have been improved to some extent.Although the scores of the ball after the experiment in the experimental class have not improved significantly, they have still improved compared to the control class. There are no particularly noticeable differences between the two classes.5.Blended teaching mode is better than conventional teaching mode in improving students’ interest in sports learning, especially in the areas of autonomous learning and attention and exercise.
