With the rapid development of Internet + education,education information has attracted more and more attention,and the Ministry of Education has introduced relevant policies to promote innovation and improvement in teaching methods.Therefore,a mixed teaching method combined with online learning and face-to-face classroom learning is concerned in the education community.It has been applied earlier in other disciplines,but in the field of sports,especially in football teaching,it still needs in-depth teaching research.Based on the current situation of physical learning for high school students and the characteristics of football classroom teaching,two classes of students from grade one of Changchun Experimental Middle School were selected.The experimental class adopts the blended learning method,and the control class adopts the traditional teaching method.The experiment aims to help students master football technology and provide a basis for the application and promotion of mixed teaching in middle school physical education.This paper takes the literature data method,interview method,survey method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and the experimental method,and presents the experimental effect through students’ physical quality,football skills and their interest in sports learning.After sorting out and analyzing the experimental results,the conclusion is drawn that:(1)Blending Learning is better to traditional teaching in improving students’ physical quality and football skills.(2)Blending Learning can fully mobilize students ’learning autonomy,and has a positive impact on the five dimensions of students’ interest in physical education learning.(3)Blending Learning can improve the teaching effect of teachers.(4)Blending Learning can improve students’ learning experience.(5)The experiment shows that students’ understanding of blending Learning is not deep enough,and there are some misunderstandings and discussion;the interaction is not enough;network teaching.Therefore,it is suggested that all links of teaching design should be earnestly implemented in the teaching implementation before,during and after class and should be integrated with students’ wishes,and multi-dimensional,multi-modal and multi-content implementation from online and offline.
