Football course is the main way for students to learn football knowledge and practice football skills.In order to improve the quality of junior middle school football teaching,arouse students'enthusiasm and cultivate their interest in sports learning,the application of TGFU in junior middle school football teaching is researched in this study.The effect of TGFU in the football course of junior middle school is being explored.This paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.Two groups of the 7thgrade has been chosen as the experimental objects.Changes in four dimensions“Physical health level,Football skill level,Tactical awareness,Interest in sports learning”has been analyzed.Each lesson plan is designed by referring literature and experience,which contains games with strong operability and closely combined with certain content.The conclusion are as follows:?1?Both teaching methods can significantly improve students'physical ability.“TGFU”has a strong effect on raising speed.?2?Both groups can significantly improved the football skills.Generally,TGFU is better for improving students'football skills,but it has no obvious advantage for improving sense of football.?3?The level of tactical awareness of the two groups of students was significantly improved.TGFU has a more significant effect on the awareness of location,choice making,technical performance and coordination consciousness.However the awareness of attack and defense regulation of both groups was not improved significantly.?4?Compared with the traditional skill teaching method,“TGFU”has more obvious promotion effect in the interest of physical activity,the yearning for PE lessons,the extent of sports participation and the consciousness of independent exploration.However,the two teaching methods makes no difference in the improvement of sports attention and sports awareness.
