Background: With the promotion of the Chinese sports health curriculum model and the 2022 edition of sports and health curriculum standards,a variety of sports teaching reforms have sprung up.Structured teaching stands out from it with its profound theoretical basis and the characteristics of the times that correspond to the development of the core literacy of sports disciplines.Different from the traditional single teaching content,structured teaching,from the perspective of big tasks and concepts,is characterized by hierarchy and relevance,which has changed the previous structural understanding of students "only see trees,not forests",and promoted the teaching reform in the new era to develop in depth in a multi-dimensional way.Objective: This research relies on the analysis of the knowledge of football textbooks by interpretative structural model,uses hierarchical directed graph to design a structured teaching scheme,presents it in unit teaching plan and class hour teaching,and conducts experimental research in football classes in higher vocational colleges to explore the impact of structured football teaching on students’ structured thinking,skills and physical quality,and analyzes and summarizes the implementation and effect of structured football teaching in higher vocational colleges.Methods: Based on the analysis of football textbook knowledge by interpretive structural model,a structured teaching scheme is designed by using hierarchical directed graph,presented by unit teaching plan and class hour teaching,and experimental research is carried out in football class in higher vocational colleges to explore the impact of structured football teaching on students’ structured thinking,skills and physical quality,so as to provide reference for football teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and promote students’ thinking structure and physical quality The purpose of improving football skills.result:(1)Through ISM analysis,the relationship structure of football teaching knowledge is better presented,the hierarchy and relevance of various knowledge are highlighted,and the "panorama" of knowledge content is reflected.(2)In the concept map test,there was a significant difference in the cognitive structure of football between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(P<0.01),and the structure of each score segment was significantly better than that of the control class.(3)In terms of physical fitness,the experimental class was significantly higher than the control class in standing long jump test after the experiment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the tests of 50 meter run,YO-YO,five meter three item turn back run and sitting forward bend(P>0.05).(4)In terms of basic football skills,after the experiment,the experimental class was significantly better than the control group in the two items of ball throwing and dribbling around the club(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the test of shooting items(P>0.05).(5)In terms of football learning interest,the scores of participation,autonomy and attention of the experimental class after the experiment were significantly higher than those of the control class(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two classes in the total score statistics and the positive and negative dimension tests(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Using ISM to analyze textbooks can help teachers clearly understand the whole picture of knowledge,discover its potential connections and structures,and help to design the content of teaching knowledge and carry out teaching;(2)Compared with traditional single technology teaching,structured teaching can effectively develop students’ structured thinking;(3)Two teaching modes(structured teaching and conventional single technology teaching)have both promoted and promoted students’ physical quality,but structured teaching is more significant;(4)Structured teaching can effectively improve the effect of students’ football learning,mainly reflected in the understanding and application of football;(5)Structured teaching can well stimulate students’ internal motivation and improve students’ interest in autonomous learning and participation.To sum up,the structured teaching designed on the basis of ISM analysis can better develop students’ understanding of structural thinking,improve students’ physical quality and help students master and apply football skills,thus improving students’ interest in football learning.
