Study On Middle Schools' Food Safety Management Problems And Countermeasures In Yan'an City

School food safety is related to the student's life safety and health,it is also the focus of the whole society.As we know food safety issues are closely related to the schoolsmanagement food safety,so we must try our best to do the school food safety management work.School is the place that students focus on learning and it contains a large number of students.In the event of food safety problems,it is very easy to cause students collective food poisoning events,and the impact caused by food poisoning event is very profound,meanwhile it is harmful to the society.Therefore,food safety is of great importance to schools,because it is directly related to students' physical and mental health,school teaching quality,campus security and social harmony and stability.So middle schools food safety problems should cause the whole society's attention and the middle schools' leaders have to attach great attention to school food safety management and at the same time take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of school food safety incidents,in order to maintain campus stability.This article is mainly talking about the food safety management problems of the Yan 'an middle schools,which mainly adopt literature,questionnaire,interview and observation etc.methods to investigate Yan 'an middle school food safety management problems and countermeasures.The design of the questionnaire mainly refers to the "regulations on the management of school canteens and students' collective meals" and the notice issued by the Education Bureau of Yan'an on further strengthening the food hygiene and safety of kindergartens in primary and secondary schools in the whole city,and observe the situation of middle school students' diet.In order to find out the problems existing in the school food safety management,we investigate the Yan'an middle school students' problems in drinking water,food safety education,school management system,school food safety supervision and management,and the society's concern about school food safety and interview school administrators and observe the actual situation of canteen employees,finally we draw the following conclusions :(1)The lack of food safety education in schools is mainly reflected in the lackage or absence of food safety education in schools,the single form of food safety education in schools and the insufficient attention paid to food safety education in schools;(2)the school management system is not perfect,mainly refect in the school cafeteria size is too small,the flow layout is not reasonable,the canteen management system is not perfect,the poor quality of the canteen employees and the lack of training management;(3)the lack of supervision in school food safety management,mainly manifested in the lack of supervision,the school food safety supervision responsibility subject is unknown,and lack of food safety contingency plans and emergency drills;(4)the social concern for food safety in schools is not enough.Finally,according to the above existing problems,we find out the following countermeasures:(1)Schools should make great efforts to carry out food safety education,including incorporate food safety education into teaching plans to ensure that food safety education.Carry out various forms of food safety education activities.Schools should attach greate importance to food safety education(2)Improve the school food safety management system,including implement scientific and standardized management to ensure the efficient operation of canteen.Strengthen the training management of canteen employees,and to improve the quality of canteen workers.Introduce advanced canteen management models.(3)Strengthen school food supervision,including strengthen supervision,specify school food safety responsibilities.(4)Strengthen social response to the attention of the school food safety,including government departments should check the school food safety management,strengthen the comprehensive management,and strengthen the government and society to pay attention to the school food safety.
