Modern prose is a bright pearl in modern literature,whitch has won the love of the majority of readers with its exquisite language,sincere emotion and strong vitality.Modern prose is the dominant text in the Chinese textbooks,which is of great significance to the accumulation of students' Chinese accomplishment,and the improvement of aesthetic appreciation and the improvement of their personality.However,in the actual teaching,teachers and students do not pay attention to the teaching and learning of modern prose,thinking that modern prose is easy to understand,and do not need to spend time and energy to in-depth study,which leads to the ability of students of modern prose learning efficiency is low,and teachers do not pay attention to the ability of students in the process of learning modern prose and students' initiative.In order to help teachers explore practical teaching advice,this paper takes the teaching of modern prose in the junior middle school Chinese textbook “The vision compiled by Ministry of Education”as the research object,and conducts a practical investigation and analysis to study the teaching status of modern prosein junior high school on the basis of extensive reading of relevant literature.According to the present teaching situation,this paper puts forward some teaching suggestions.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which explains the origin,significance,research status and research methods of the paper.The second part mainly investigates the current situation of modern prose teaching in junior high schools by means of questionnaire,internship survey,classroom observation,etc,to clarify the problems existing in modern prose in junior high schools and summarize the causes of the problems.It is clear that there are problems in modern prose teaching in junior high school,such as insufficient preparation before class,low classroom teaching efficiency,and insufficient after-class learning for students.The third part put forward corresponding suggestions,aiming at the junior high school modern prose teaching status and the causes of the problems.First of all,teachers should make the study of Chinese course standard of compulsory education,reserve a wealth of knowledge,and improve the teaching ability.Secondly,students should consolidate the basic knowledge of modern prose and develop the learning methods of modern prose.Finally,in classroom teaching,teachers and students should jointly improve the efficiency of modern prose classroom teaching,so that modern prose to give full play to the value of teaching.The fourth part takes “Winter in Ji Nan” as an example,applying the specific teaching uggestions,testing the feasibility of the strategy,and made a reflection on this instructional design.
