Underthe guidance of the concept of quality education, Discussion Method is valued and applied tosecondary school classroom,which has achieved a lot, especially in Chinese teaching,sincethe method came into use.Junior high school classroom teaching has become active. However,on the issue of teaching, teachers are still facing many challenges, especially in the teachingof modern prose. Some junior high school language teachers’ teaching methods are backwardand their ideas are outdated. Their knowledge is not timely updated and the DiscussionMethod in class is nowhere to be seen, which leads to a low-quality teaching finally.In thisthesis, I proceed from the teaching practice, to careful analysis of the absence of DiscussionMethod in the Junior high school classroom.
