Research On The Image Of Kindergarten Teachers From The Perspective Of Media

The development of social economy promotes the progress of education.As the beginning of basic education,preschool education occupies an important position in the field of education.In recent years,with the development of online media,people pay more and more attention to preschool education,and the exposure of preschool teachers in online media has gradually increased.In 2017,the exposure of "Ctrip Parent-child Park" and "Red,Yellow and Blue Kindergarten" child abuse incidents pushed the group of preschool teachers to the forefront of the storm,and negative reports frequently occurred.The public has strongly questioned the group of preschool teachers.This study hopes to objectively present the image of preschool teachers in the media through the study of the samples in the online media,and summarize the image characteristics of the preschool teachers,so as to guide the public to correctly understand the roles and images of preschool education and preschool teachers.The study selected three online media,Tencent.com,Sohu.com and Xinhua.com,which have great influence on the Alex website.And selected 2,052 preschool teachers related reports on kindergarten teachers in the five years of 2014-2018 as the research object.Mainly adopt quantitative statistics and case analysis methods,Through statistics and analysis on the quantity,nature,content,language and emotions of relevant reports in online media,Combined with the analysis of the case content,it is found that the image characteristics of the children in the online media present in five aspects:the media image of the kindergarten teacher is changed from "singularization" to"satisfaction";the "singularization" and "differentiation" of the nature of different dimensions of reporting;the "diversification" and "unbalanced”of different image reporting themes;the "intensification" and "localization" of language emotions in different media reports;"Sanctification" and "Stigma" in news reports.Through summarizing the image characteristics of the kindergarten teachers,combined with the interview data compiled after interviewing the interviewees,It was found that the online media reported negative news coverage for preschool teachers more than positive.The image of preschool teachers was seriously damaged in the society,and the impression of the audience on the image of preschool teachers was greatly reduced.The resulting impact is mainly reflected in the two aspects of the kindergarten teachers themselves and the society:First of all,in terms of the preschool teachers themselves.Lack of sense of responsibility of preschool teachers and weakened professional identity;Secondly,in the social aspect,the social credibility of the preschool teachers is reduced,the parents' doubts are strengthened,the social stereotypes are deepened,and the credibility of the online media is reduced.It can be seen that the impact of the negative image of kindergarten teachers on online media is not to be underestimated.In response to the research results,the following suggestions and suggestions for improving the image of preschool teachers in online media are proposed.First,the preschool teachers themselves are strict with themselves,constantly improve their own quality,learn to regulate negative emotions and face positively in the face of negative reports;Second,kindergartens should strengthen their risk awareness,improve the quality of their teachers,and promote the entry barriers for kindergarten teachers.At the same time,they must also strengthen supervision and management;Third,online media should strengthen their sense of responsibility and optimize the network environment;pursue objective and true news reports;Fourth,the public should create a positive and positive education environment.The audience should break the prejudice and improve the ability to distinguish information.At the same time,the government should also strengthen supervision and management.
