Preschool teachers’ professional development is an important issue in the developmentof the preschool education career today. In order to promote preschool teachers’ professionaldevelopment, On-the-job training and traditional teaching symposium are the common waysto promote teachers’ professional development. However, preschool teachers’ professionaldevelopment encountered many problems at present. So We should not only focus onexternal factors, but also should pay more attention to the fundamental factors which restrictthe development of the preschool teachers’ professional--career satisfaction. This research isbased on the survey of789preschool teachers of Liaobu, Dongguan. Comparison withspecific data and multi-angle detailed interview proved " promotion of occupationalsatisfaction" is good for the preschool teachers’ professional development. And based on this,innovation methods and measures are presented to promote the professional development ofpreschool teachers.
