This study is based on the "global media and information literacy assessment framework" published by UNESCO,to study the status quo and existing problems of the media literacy of preschool teachers.Based on the questionnaire of the media literacy status of preschool teachers,the author investigated 434 preschool teachers in the kindergartens of Nanjing city in the past 20 years.Based on the data analysis and observation and interviews,expounds the factors present situation of kindergarten teachers in the media of information literacy and related effects,and to enhance the information literacy of kindergarten teachers in the media strategy from the four aspects of colleges and universities,the administrative departments of education,education research department,kindergarten.This study can provide a reference for preschool teachers' professional development and lifelong education,and it is of great significance to improve the media literacy of preschool teachers.The two chapter includes the research background,research purpose and significance,research content,research innovation;research results and related concepts,literature review,field development,the shortcomings and problems to be further studied;the specific research methods,sample selection and distribution,the design of the questionnaire,revised and analysis techniques and tools.The third chapter is the results and analysis.The study found that kindergarten teachers in the media literacy overall in the middle level,the need to further enhance;kindergarten teachers in the media information acquisition ability is good,but to get a single channel;kindergarten teachers in the media information evaluation ability is good,but the lack of information screening ability;teachers create weak media information,more conservative and backward.The young teachers are higher than the other teachers in the establishment of the media information,while the media literacy of preschool teachers with higher education level is higher than that of the preschool teachers.Most teachers are aware of the ability to grasp the media literacy is conducive to the development of teaching activities and teaching management efficiency,but the lack of appropriate opportunities to learn.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the media literacy of preschool teachers,aiming at the present situation of the single channel,the lack of screening ability and the backward way of creating.Colleges and universities should pay attention to play the role of media,set up information literacy related courses and training through the media to enhance students' information literacy;education administrative departments should pay attention to play the guiding role,can be incorporated into the medium of information literacy of preschool teachers qualification examination content,and increase capital investment,improve their education and literacy;education and research departments should play a strengthening effect the media,information literacy into the content of continuing education,through the "kindergarten teachers workshop",promote the information literacy of kindergarten teachers in the media;kindergarten is to strengthen the media information management and the kindergarten training,in the realization of kindergarten education management information at the same time,the media regularly carrying out the information literacy training park.
