With the increasing development of Preschool education and the continuous attention by the community, the image of the industry child care teachers is becoming the industry and community's hot more and more. It is a window for teachers that facing the community. Image of their own is an unavoidable task for all teachers. There are some research of image of teachers being carried out in the academic, and some research results obtained. But according to the existing research results, most studies still remain at the theoretical level, being lack of qualitative analysis of the actual situation. And the starting point of many third-party perspective, it is little understanding of their departure from their teachers to explore the image of. Meanwhile, special attention to the image of Preschool teachers is also rare. So, it cause great concern to the author for the image of preschool teachers and the exploring of the image themselves.The image of teachers is unique to the profession of teachers and it shows certain function of the individual rules and overall performance of internal and external in specific field of work environment. It is covering the teachers'role model specific image, including five area of external image-clothing, appearance, expression, language and behavior. And it is covering teachers'internal image, such as professionalism, including ethics, professional skills, work status, and so on. "Self-awareness" is system ideology of a feedback looping from the action to the process of self. In this process, by the influence of all factors such as its own development and the social environment, the personal self-awareness generally is establishing a continuous developing and having individual psychological state of personal regular disposing and judging. Thus, the teacher can further improve their understanding of the value of the self. Teacher is a career, a kind of identity, and as individuals. The aware behavior of teacher is related to his personal life and his work. There for the study of "image self-awareness of teachers" is a research with the main body is teacher while pointing to teacher themselves, and content and frame is teacher's image, and understanding, reviewing, reflecting, constantly improving process of developing of teacher as starting and ending. Among them, the ego cognition including the image of the teachers group think understanding, to others for awareness and teacher image teachers' personal image of the known; Examine itself is on the basis of self knowledge, in the cultural environment teacher survival, professional object and self the common under the influence of the pursuit of standard further reflection. Thus, realize the identity of their own professional teachers and professional image in ascension.Given the research content and research on factors such as the validity of the consideration of qualitative research methods, the paper, from preschool teacher on the group image and personal image understanding of preschool teachers to understand the status and cognitive situation image, to catch the influence of preschool teachers image and the details of self image, so as to reflect preschool teachers image and consciousness to further improve the proposed strategy. Collect and organize relevant teachers in image and teachers related literatures, self-consciously formed after elementary theoretical framework; Specific application interviews as the main research method, thorough research field of 16 teachers conducted in-depth interviews, before this questionnaire survey conducted as kindergarten teacher auxiliary means survey, the overall image conscious in the research field for formal conduct further studies provided pointing.In the study, I think of their image awareness of preschool teachers is a complex dynamic process. First of all, for its image of preschool teachers' self-understanding include for preschool teachers group image understanding, thinking of others preschool teachers to the image of the attitude and his image as an individual cognition. These know constitute the basis of preschool teachers' image conscious. To reflect:preschool teacher groups "minority" groups of most tendency; Preschool teacher professional image requirements and actual vocational ability unbalance; Preschool teacher image self-awareness and social identity deviation; Preschool teacher the subjective and objective image appears on the separation and reflection of preschool teachers' existing image conscious reflection on reflection and unconscious. Kindergarten system and preschool teachers group culture and the environmental impact provides external traction for self-examination for preschool teachers, and kindergarten teachers for their awareness in the function of image appeared in professional process catalyst for a review of its self-image. And its own ideal and self value pursuit is the internal motive power of self-review image. These three things together constitute the preschool teachers'image awareness way. Just by its original preschool teachers as awareness knowledge accumulation foundation. These primitive knowledge including preschool teachers who learning and skills training before following the career of professional, their thinking ability and social public opinion, media culture channels with the pertinent information and so on. These things constantly help for preschool teachers gradually formed a basic understanding of the professional image. And practice provides germinal environment awareness for teachers. The requirements of awareness catalyst is undoubtedly teachers. Specific events and characters are fuse of teachers'awareness. Consequently, in the interest of advancing preschool teachers'image and awareness, it need to: firstly, to create harmonious and appropriate culture in the kindergarten; secondly, improve the admittance threshold of preschool teachers'; thirdly, strengthening multichannel cooperation and communication among children' family,kindergarten and young children's normal universities; fourthly, carry out the image upgrading needs to cater to the teacher training; fifthly, formed a good reflection habit and ability.
