| In the English curriculum standard,it points out that the basic curriculum idea of English is to face all students and pay attention to the different characteristics and individual differences of language learners.Only when individual needs are met to the maximum extent,can the overall teaching benefits be maximized.A large number of empirical studies have shown that stratified teaching is a kind of teaching that takes students as the main body,takes students as the center and maximizes the teaching effect.At the same time,stratified teaching reflects the fairness and diversity of education,and effectively promotes the development of quality education.In recent years,more and more teachers apply layered teaching in teaching practice.However,because the teachers’ understanding of layered teaching is not comprehensive enough,there are some problems in our teachers’ use of layered teaching,which often stay on the surface and do not play a substantive role.Therefore,I try to study the current situation of English stratified teaching in primary schools,try to find out the problems and find the corresponding countermeasures.The research of this paper is based on the research results at home and abroad,the theory of difference teaching,the theory of the zone of proximal development,the theory of individualized teaching as the theoretical basis,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method and case method,to conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation and Research on the current situation of primary school English stratified teaching application.Investigate whether the teachers have deficiencies in the implementation of stratified teaching,analyze the problems and causes in combination with the teaching practice,and put forward constructive suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the background,significance,purpose and methods of this research.And from CNKI,EBSCO review of related literature of the layered teaching,through a lot of reading literature,literature review writing,in order to involve the literature of this study have a more comprehensive understanding,and found that the deficiency of existing research,puts forward the necessity of research teaching of primary school English stratification,trying to improve the implementation of the layering method in primary school English teaching.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of implementing stratified teaching in primary school English.Through the theory of difference teaching,zone of proximal development and teaching according to students’ aptitude,it is further proved that it is necessary and effective to implement stratified teaching in primary school English class.The third chapter is the research design,that is,the investigation of the current situation of English stratified teaching in primary schools.It mainly explains the purpose of questionnaire and interview,the sample selection of questionnaire and interview,the design of questionnaire,the design of interview and the arrangement of data.The fourth chapter is the statistics and explanation of the results of questionnaire and interview.The fifth chapter is the problems found in the current research and the analysis of the causes of these problems.And in view of these problems and causes,put forward some countermeasures,provide some feasible suggestions,so that the layered teaching has operability and systematization.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.It mainly summarizes the main conclusions of this study,puts forward the shortcomings of this study and prospects for future research.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Ⅰ.Invisible students’ stratification and group cooperation are combined to make stratified teaching normal.Ⅱ.The goal stratification and the level of learning should be integrated to make the stratification teaching precise.Ⅲ.Work stratification and student evaluation with the effective stratification of teaching.Ⅳ.The stratification of evaluation and attention to the differences of students match,so as to diversify the stratification of teaching.Ⅴ.The integration of on-the-job training and self-education,so that stratified teaching practice. |
