A Report On The Translation Practice Of The Turkmenistan Mineral Resources Law

With the development of the globalization and the support to the One Belt and One Road initiative initiated by China in 21 century,China has lots of cooperation with the countries alone the One Belt and One Road,such as economy,trade,education and culture,and the perspective is great.Especially the Russia and the leading Central Asian countries in the Commonwealth of the independent States have more communication and cooperation with China,which steps into the best period in history.For example,in recent year China has had a lot of mining enterprises in Central Asian countries,helping these countries to develop the mineral resources and increasing the people`s income of these countries when developing our own economy.This report analyzes and summarizes the language characters of the translation material form the lexical and sentence level based on the cases of Russian to Chinese translation practice of Turkmenistan Mineral Resources Law.Stating from the morphology and syntax,I began to analyze the cases with the guidance of the functional equivalence theory of Nida,and summarize the translation method used in the translation process.Based on this translation experience,I rethink and summarize the shortage I had,hoping that I can improve my translation level and enrich my theoretical knowledge and meanwhile grounding a good foundation for the translation study of mineral and legal field in the future.
