Lizhong Qingxin Decoction Can Cure Chronic Persistent Asthma(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency,Hyperactive Heart Fire Syndrome ) Clinical Observation

Purpose: Clinical remission in patients with asthma attacks,improve the quality of life,physical verification in Lizhong Qingxin Decoction in the treatment of chronic persistent asthma(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,the firelight hyperactivity syndrome)clinical efficacy,that help Yang scattered fire in the effective preventing and relieving asthma and in improving asthma wheezing,cough and expectoration aversion to cold,clinical symptoms have certain advantages,that Professor Wang Tan proposed "asthma main fire" and "the viscera are an asthma" theory,thus the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma and clinical feasibility.Methods: A total of 72 cases of asthma patients meet the test standards of outpatient department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the lung disease treatment area(January 2017-2018 January),were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.All the subjects were randomly numbered,divided into treatment group and control group,respectively 36 cases(randomly divided).The control group was given Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation;Product Name: Symbicort inhalant /SYMBICORT TU RBUHALER;AstraZeneca AB,Sweden: production enterprises;packing specification: 1 / box;60 specifications: 160ug/4.5ug/ suction,suction;usage: 1 suction / time,2 times / day for 4 weeks.The treatment group was treated with Lizhong Qingxin Decoction and Western medicine routine treatment.After 4 weeks,the curative effect of the two groups was compared.In the process of observation of the curative effect of two groups of patients were equipped with Salbutamol Aerosol 1(GlaxoSmithKline,100 micrograms / 200 specifications,press,press),when patients have symptoms of asthma exacerbation or recurrence time as needed.The changes of symptoms,signs and pulmonary function tests in two groups before and after treatment were recorded before and after treatment.Statistical software was used to analyze and compare the treatment effect between the treatment group and the control group,so as to verify the feasibility of the project.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%.The total effective rate of the control group was 61.1%.Through clinical observation found in the treatment group than the control group in the main symptoms of wheezing,throat phlegm and cough symptoms,secondary symptoms of cough,aversion to cold,palpitations,loose stools remission was significantly better than the control group,pulmonary function,ACT score improved significantly,significantly reduce the number of asthma attacks.Conclusion: Chronic persistent asthma dyspnea,cough,aversion to cold and cold,spleen and kidney disease associated with fire hyperactivity,chronic persistent asthma by Yang fire scattered on the treatment is feasible.
