Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application Therapy On The Patients With Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma(Lung And Kidney Deficiency Type)

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application therapy combined with Budesonide Pressurised Inhalation Solution on the patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma?lung and kidney deficiency type?.MethodsA total of 66 cases of chronic persistent bronchial asthma?lung and kidney deficiency type?in Henan province traditional Chinese hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 33 cases in each group.Inhalation of Budesonide Pressurised Inhalation Solution of 160/4.5ug in patients of control group.Based on the treatment of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were combined with acupoint application therapy.After 60 days treatment,we observed the clinical effect in each group.ResultsThe number of patients enrolled in this study was 66,of which 0 were lost,33 in the control group and 33 in the treatment group.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in general information among patients?age,gender,course of disease,and ACT score?.1 Theclinical curative effect:the total efficiency of the treatment group was90.91%,control group total effective rate 66.67%,total effective rate treatment group were siginificantly hinger than that of control group?P<0.05?.2 Pulmonary function:Compared with the control group,FEV₁ was significantly increased in the treatment group?P<0.05?and the PEF value increased significantly.3 Immune function:Compared with the control group,the ratio of T lymphocyte subgroup CD3 and CD4⁺/CD8⁺in the treatment group increased significantly?P<0.05?.4 Immunoglobulin E?IgE?:The level of serum Ig E was reduced in treatment group,which was lower than the control group significantly?P<0.05?.5 Clinical symptom score:compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score of the treatment group decreased significantly?P<0.05?.6 TCM syndrome quantization score:The clinical symptom score of the treatment group decreased,and was lower than the control group,which was statistically significant?P<0.05?.7 ACT score:Compared with the control group,the ACT score of the treatment group was significantly increased?P<0.05?.Conclusions1 The application of acupoint application combined with western medicine Budesonide Pressurised Inhalation Solution could guarantee the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma?lung and kidney qi deficiency?patients with western medicine Budesonide Pressurised Inhalation Solution alone,which both could improve the lung function,regulated the body immunity,and better alleviated the clinical symptoms and signs.It had obviously better therapeutic effect than the treatment of Western medicine alone.2 There was no obvious adverse reaction in the application of acupoint application combined with Western medicine Budesonide Pressurised Inhalation Solution in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma?pulmonary kidney qi deficiency type?,and the safety was high.
