Therapeutic Effect Of Sishenbufei Decoction On Bronchial Asthma Chronic Persistent With Syndrome Of Lung And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective To observe the changes of curative effect index of Sishenbufei Decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma at chronic persistent period with syndrome of lung and kidney yang deficiency,and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and effect on airway inflammation.Methods From December 2018 to October of the following year,first of all,64 outpatients with chronic persistent asthma were screened at our clinic.Secondly,They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group with each32 cases,and the control group was treated with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation(Xinbikedubao).On this basis,another group was treated with Sishenbufei Decoction for 4 weeks.Besides,observing the index and collecting data such as clinical symptoms and signs,asthma control test(ACT),syndrome scores of TCM,pulmonary function including one second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF),frequency of acute drug use,peripheral blood test including IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γin the both two groups.Results 64 cases were included,4 cases had shed,and 60 cases were completed.There was no difference in the basic data of gender,age and disease duration between the two groups.1 clinical efficacyThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,in contrast,which was higher than the control group(73.3%),P<0.05.2 TCM Syndrome PointsCompared with pre-treatment,the scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased,furthermore,the treatment group fell significantly in comparison with the control group,P <0.05.3 ACT scoreIn comparison with pre-treatment,the ACT scores of both the treatment group and the control group increased,in contrast,the ACT score of the treatment group increased significantly,P<0.05.4 frequency of acute drug useBy comparison to the pre-treatment,the frequency of acute drug use was reduced in the treatment group,moreover,the frequency of acute drug use in the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with the control group,P<0.05.5 pulmonary functionCompared to pre-treatment,the FEV1 and PEF of the treatment group and the control group obviously increased,and the FEV1 and PEF of the treatment group rose significantly in comparison with the control group,P<0.05.6 peripheral blood IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γIn comparison to pre-treatment,on the one hand,IL-4 and IL-5 decreased clearly in the treatment group and the control group.On the other hand,IFN-γrised sharply.It demonstrated that IL-4,IL-5 and IFN-γhad a considerably fluctuation in the treatment group comparatively,P<0.05.Conclusion1 Sishenbufei Decoction has a distinct curative effect on patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma.It was manifested though reducing the score of TCM syndrome and the frequency of acute drug use,improving ACT score and pulmonary function.2 Sishenbufei Decoction is evidently effective in patients with bronchial asthma chronic persistent syndrome of lung and kidney yang deficiency,it can reduce IL-4and IL-5,increase INF-γ so as to exert the inhibitory effect of airway inflammation.
