| Objective:(1)To study the distribution of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at birth date of patients with ulcerative colitis diseases.(2)To study the distribution of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at the time of season and solar time of patients with ulcerative colitis diseases.(3)To study the correlation between the incidence of ulcerative colitis and mete-orological factors in the same year based on TCM theory of five circuits and six qi,and establish a medical meteorological forecast model by liner correlation and multi-ple regression analysis.Methods:All cases of this study is derived from Dong Zhi Men Hospitalof Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University,Jiaozuo People's Hospital,which is the total of 1141 cases from 2012 to 2017 were hospitalized cases of ulcerative colitis.Patient age span is 17-85 years olds.We collect ed each patient's name,gender,age,date of birth,date of onset,syndrome type of TCM,TCM constitution for establishing database of EXCEL.From 2012 to 2017,we collected the average temperature,average water pressure,average relative humidity,average wind speed,precipitation,and sunshine hours supplied by the China Meteorological Data Sharing Service Network under the China Meteorological Administration during the same period.The data of 6 basic meteorological factors are entered into the database one by one.According to the theory of five circuits and six qi,the stems and branches in year,branches in month,yearly climatic,dominant qi,guest(qi),the seasons,the solar terms are all recorded and input into the table.By using SPSS20.0 statistical software,we study the distribution of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at birth date and onset of patients with ulcerative colitis diseases by descriptive statistical analysis.Using the statistical method of Spearman correlation and multiple regression analysis of SPSS22.0 software,The relationship between the dysentery of the onset of ulcerative colitis in the three regions during the six-qi period and mean temperature,mean air pressure,mean wind speed,precipitation,relative humidity water pressure and sunshine hours of the meteorological factors during the same period are analysed one by one.The variables screened at the beginning are carried out by stepwise multiple regression analysis,select effects of main meteorological factors on the onset of ulcerative colitis and established a forecast model.Results:(1)General data:A total of 1141 people were admitted to this study group.Among them,there are 622 males and 519 female patients.There are more males than females.The ratio of the onset of males and females is 1.20:1.In terms of age distribution,there are the most patients with 41-65 years old,with a total of 582 cases,among which there are peak ages for the onset of the age of 27-30 years old,46-53 years old and 59-65 years old.The large-intestine damp-heat syndrome was included in the cases,accounting for 34.6%;spleen deficiency dampness,liver depression and spleen deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency accounted for 21.4%,20.2%,13.6%,respectively;cold and heat miscellaneous syndromes followed,accounting for 5.8%;The certificate is the least,accounting for 4.5%.The disuibution of physique of Chinese medicine:humid heat(35.1%),Qi deficiency(16.0%),Qi stagnation(18.9%),phlegm and dampness(9.1%),Pinghe constitution(8.7%),traits(5.2%),yang deficiency(3.1%),yin deficiency(2.9%),and blood stasis(1.1%).(2)In this study,the characteristics of yunqi of the birth date prone to ulcerative colitis are:the nian gan(the year with a mantissa of 2),suiyun is mu yun,nianzhi is Chen(the zodiac is a dragon),and yuezhi is yin(including the two solar terms of spring begins and the rains),the main energy is the first qi jueyin Fengmu(including spring begins,the grain rains,insects awaken,vernal equinox 4 solar terms),and the keqi is Shaoyin Junhuo and Jue Yin Fengmu.(3)In this study,the characteristics of yunqi of the birth date that are not prone to ulcerative colitis are:nian gan is the Xin year(that is,the year with a mantissa of 1),kui nian(that is,the year with a mantissa of 3),suiyun is water yun,and nianzhi is mao(the zodiac is a rabbit),yuezhi is Maoyue(two solar terms of J insects awaken,vernal equinox),the main qi is the second qi of Shaoyin Junhuo(including the 4 solar terms of clear and bright,grain rain,summer solstice and grain buds),and keqi is Taiyin wet soil.(4)This study found that the distribution of onset dates is not statistically significant in the four seasons(P=0.6>0.05),with the largest proportions in winter and summer,with the most patients,accounting for 26.3%and 25.7%,respectively,followed by 24.1%in spring,the smallest proportion in autumn,and at least 23.9%for patients.The difference in the distribution of the four seasons is not obvious.The distribution of 24 solar terms is statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05),at most in the heavy snow festival,followed by insects awaken,great heat,cold dews and different solar terms(spring begins,vernal equin ox,summer begins,the Summer Solstice,autumn begins,autumnal equinox,winter begins,midwinter).The onset is at least in the slight cold,slight heat and et al.This study believes that the onset of ulcerative colitis is usually one solar term before the second solar term,that is,there is an "eight node".Two weeks before the arrival of the "eight node",through preventive medication and adjustment of the prescription according to the solar term,we can significantly improve the treatment effect and prevent repeated attacks of the disease in time.(5)The number of cases in in Beijing area and the correlation analysis results of the meteorological factors in the same period.The average wind speed of the first Qi,the precipitation of Sanzhiqi,the number of hours of sunshine,and the average relative humidity of Sizhiqi are highly associated with the onset of ulcerative colitis.It is relevant,but only the average wind speed of the first air,the sunshine hours of the three airs,and the average relative humidity of the four airs have successfully established a stepwise regression model.The regression equations are:y=127.877-47.209xw.1(that is,the average wind speed at the beginning of the same period);y=-56.465+0.388 xs·3(that is,the sunshine hours of Sanzhi qi during the same period);y=257.044-3.680xr.4(that is,the average relative humidity of the forth air during the same period).The average wind speed of the first air in Zhejiang area,the average relative humidity and precipitation of the second air are highly correlated,but only the average wind speed of the first air,the average relative humidity of the second air successfully established a stepwise regression model,the regression equations are:y=65.944-23.933xw.1(that is,the average wind speed at the beginning of the same period);y=-30.562+0.388 xr.2(that is,the average relative humidity of the second air during the same period).The average wind speed of Sanzhiqi in Jiaozuo area has a strong correlation with the incidence,but the prediction model fails to be established.Conclusions:(1)In this study,the characteristics of yunqi of the birth date prone to
