Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Danggui Yinzi In Treating Chronic Eczema With Blood Deficiency And Wind-dryness Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effects of Modified Angelica Yinzi on the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and peripheral eosinophil count in patients with chronic eczema,deficiency of blood,and wind-dryness syndrome,and to evaluate the treatment of chronic eczema curative effect and safety,to provide clinical basis for the clinical application and experimental study.Methods: 60 cases of chronic eczema,blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group,treatment group were treated with Modified Danggui Yinzi treatment,the control group were treated with Ebastine treatment,the treatment course was 1 months.The clinical symptoms and the improvement of TCM syndrome were observed,and the eosinophil counts in the peripheral blood of the two groups were detected before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 90%.Both groups were effective i n relieving the clinical symptoms of chronic eczema patients.The treatment gr oup was more effective than the control group.The test was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control gr oup showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%;the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.After examination,the differ ence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating t hat the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the cli nical symptoms of TCM patients;the eosinophil counts in the peripheral blood of the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased afte r treatment.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Eosinophil counts were compared between the two groups after treatment.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);headaches,drowsiness,and dry mouth were poor in the two group s after treatment.The response,the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Danggui Yinzi is a safe and effective treatment for chronic eczema.2.Modified Danggui Yinzi can significantly reduce the eosinophil count in peripheral blood of patients,and can achieve the purpose of stabilizing the disease.3.Modified Danggui Yinzi can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
