Purpose:The changes of blood flow perfusion before and after acupuncture of the focus points and traditional meridians were observed by laser speckle imaging technology, and the clinical effects of non-specific low back pain were compared with VAS pain score,JOA score and quality of life evaluation score. To expand the treatment ideas and methods of nonspecific low back pain and explore the optimal acupuncture scheme of nonspecific low back pain.Material and method:98 cases of nonspecific low back pain patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,49 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture through tendons, while the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture through acupoints. Both groups were treated30 minutes a time, once every other day,1 week a course of treatment, for 4 weeks. In the Jingjin acupuncture treatment group, the patients with key symptoms, such as sanjiaoshu times,Shenshu times,Dachangshu times, qihaishu times,Huantiao times, lumbar spine processes 1-5,lumbar transverse processes 3-4,lumbar proper times, lumbar eye times, etc.,were treated with acupuncture. If there are many focus points to be selected for acupuncture, they can be selected for acupuncture in batches, with no more than 8 focus points selected for each batch. In the process of acupuncture treatment, the angle and depth of acupuncture should be adjusted according to the different anatomical parts of each focus point. The needle should be pricked to the surface of the focus point of the tendon, the angle between the needles should be about 30 degrees, and then further down to the deep. The traditional acupuncture technique is the same.In the traditional acupuncture control group, the main points were selected: Shenshu, daliangshu,Weizhong and Ashi;matching points: cold and wet lumbago with Yaoyangguan;blood stasis lumbago with Geshu;kidney deficiency lumbago with Zhishi and Taixi;lumbosacral pain with secondary and lumbos acral Shu;lumbosacral eye pain with lumbosacral eye;Du Meridian with Ming men and Houxi;foot Taiyang meridian with Kunlun. The distribution of the focus points of the patients was recorded, and 5 points with the highest frequency and the most obvious pain were selected. Before and after treatment, the blood flow on the body surface,VAS pain score,JOA score and quality of life of the patients were measured by laser speckle imaging technology, and the res ults were compared and analyzed comprehensively.Results:1.There was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment, the blood perfusion of the two groups decreased significantly(P< 0.05),and the blood perfusion of the three months after treatment also decreased significantly(P < 0.05),but compared with the control group, the blood perfusion of the treatment group decreased after treatment and three months after treatment More significant(P< 0.05)2.There was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower(P < 0.05),and the score of the three months after treatment was also significantly lower than that before treatment(P< 0.05),but compared with the control group, the VAS score of the treatment group after treatment and three months after treatment was significantly lower(P<0.05)3.There was no difference in JOA score between the two groups before and after treatment, which was comparable(P > 0.05).JOA score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher(P < 0.05),and the score of the three months after treatment was also significantly higher than that before treat ment(P<0.05),but compared with the control group,JOA score of the treat ment group was significantly higher(P < 0.05).4.There was no difference between the two groups in the quality of life evaluation before and after treatment, which was comparable(P > 0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher after treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of the three months after treatment were also significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),however,compared with the control group, the quality of life score of patients in the treatment group increased significantly after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P < 0.05).5.In the treatment group,46 cases were basically cured,8 cases were basi cally cured,27 cases were effective,9 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.65%;in the control group,47 cases were basically cured,23 cases were effective,15 cases were improved,5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 89.36%.The therapeutic effect of Jingjin group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of nonspecific low back pain by Jingjin acupuncture can obviously reduce the blood flow perfusion of the focus points of the patients’ tendons, improve the local blood circulation and metabolism;2.The treatment of non-specific low back pain by Jingjin acupuncture can significantly reduce the VAS pain score and the pain feeling of patients;3.The treatment of non-specific low back pain by Jingjin acupuncture can significantly reduce the JOA score and improve the patients’ limited activity;4.The treatment of nonspecific low back pain by Jingjin acupuncture can significantly improve the quality of life of patients;5.The treatment of nonspecific low back pain by Jingjin needling is effective.
