Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNLBP)by comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of CNLBP with amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu and acupuncture plus infrared light. Methods:The study was collected from April 2017 to November 2017 at Dongzhimen Hospital and Dongcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.68 cases of CNLBP patients were divided into the massage group and the acupuncture group. The massage group was treated with amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu,and the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture combined with infrared light therapy. The two groups were treated 6 times and completed within 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by Numerical rating scale(NRS),Chinese version Oswestry disability index(ODI)and self-rating disability scale before treatment, the end of the first treatment and the sixth treatment,1 month after the end of the treatment.Statistical software SRSS20.0 was used to analyze the collected data.Results:1 A total of 68 patients were included in this study. There were 36 patients in the massage group and 6 cases(16.67%)were lost during the test. There were 32 patients in the acupuncture group and 2 cases(6.25%)were lost during the test. There were 3 patients in the massage group who had not completed the treatment for personal reasons, and 3 patients did not complete the treatment within 4 weeks. There were 2 patients in the acupuncture group which had not been treated for personal reasons. The information of 60 patients was analyzed,30 cases in each group.2 Baseline data analysis:The baselines of gender, age, height, weight,NRS score,ODI index and self-rating disability scale score of the two groups were consistent(P>0.05),which were comparable.3 Evaluation of curative effect:(1)The main curative effect evaluation-NRS score:After the treatment, the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the first treatment, the NRS score in the massage group was 3.00(2.00-4.25),and the acupuncture group was 4.00(2.75-5.00),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the course, the NRS score of the massage group was 2.00(1.00-3.00),and the acupuncture group was 3.00(2.00-4.00),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the follow-up period, the NRS score of the massage group was 3.00(1.75-3.00),and the acupuncture group was 4.00(2.75-4.00).There was a significant difference between the NRS scores at two time points(P<0.05).(2)The secondary efficacy evaluation-ODI index:In group comparison, the ODI index of the two groups decreased after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The secondary efficacy evaluation-the score of self-rating disability scale:After the treatment, the scores of self-rating disability scale of the two groups were lower than those before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Safety evaluation:Amelioration therapy of Gongting Lij in Shu and acupuncture combined with infrared light were safe for CNLBP and had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:1 Amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu and acupuncture combined with infrared light are effective in improving the pain and dysfunction of CNLBP patients.2 Amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu in alleviating the pain of CNLBP patients is better than the acupuncture group, and the effect in maintaining the pain relief may be better than that in the acupuncture group.3 The therapeutic effects of amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu and acupuncture combined with infrared light are quite effective in improving the dysfunction of CNLBP patients.4 The curative effect of amelioration therapy of Gongting Lijin Shu for CNLBP is sure.It can quickly relieve the pain and the effect can be maintained for 1 months. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
