Objective:By observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture and acupuncture via tendons combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),this paper explores the effectiveness of acupuncture via tendons in treating this disease, and the advantages of the combination of acupuncture via tendons and conventional acupuncture,so as to provide more clinical experience for the treatment of this disease. Methods:All the patients in this study came from the outpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2020,and 60 patients were included.According to the ratio of 1: 1 between the treatment group and the control group, the patients were randomly divided into groups with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, conventional acupuncture treatment was used, and acupuncture was performed at Shenshu,Dachangshu,Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan,Geshu,Shuigou and Ashi(local waist tenderness points)on both sides of the traditional meridians, and the needles were kept for 30 minutes, and adjusted every 10 minutes during needle retention. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture via tendons combined with conventional acupuncture.Acupuncture via tendons was selected in the first two courses of treatment, and 6?8 positive knot spots on the meridian tendons of the waist foot sun and foot shaoyang were selected for acupuncture. The usual method of "acupuncture to the sick place" was used to solve the knot, and the needle was kept for 30 minutes, and the needle was injected every 10 minutes during the needle retention period. After unblocking the focal points of tendon knot,in the last two courses of treatment, the acupuncture points on the traditional meridians in the control group were taken for routine acupuncture, and the change of "Qi to the sick place" was used for sensory transmission, and the needle was kept for 30 minutes, and the needle was adjusted every 10 minutes during needle retention. The two groups were treated once a day, with 5 days as a course of treatment, with an interval of 2 days between each course of treatment, for a total of 4 courses of treatment.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar dysfunction index(ODI),lumbar dynamic and static muscle endurance test and TCM syndrome score were used as curative effect indicators, which were scored before treatment, after treatment and follow-up(one month after treatment),and the final result data were submitted to a third party independent of this study for statistical analysis and objective evaluation.Results:1.A total of 60 standard cases were included in this study and 60 cases were actually completed. Before treatment, the scores of basic data, such as gender, age, course of disease, pain VAS,lumbar dysfunction ODI,lumbar static and dynamic muscle endurance test and TCM syndrome score, all met P > 0.05,with no significant difference.2.Comparison within the group: After treatment and follow-up,the VAS scores of pain,ODI scores of lumbar dysfunction and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment;and the scores of dynamic and static muscle endurance test of the waist increased compared with those before treatment, all meeting P < 0.01,with significant difference.3.Comparison between groups: After treatment and follow-up,the VAS score of pain,ODI score of lumbar dysfunction and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. In the aspect of lumbar dynamic and static muscle endurance test scores, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and all of them met P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while that of the control group was 83.33%,P < 0.01.There was significant difference between the two groups.Follow-up showed that the total effective rate was 96.66% in the treatment group and86.66% in the control group,P < 0.01.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Tendons combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have significant effects on nonspecific low back pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).2.The treatment of nonspecific low back pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)by acupuncture through tendons combined with conventional acupuncture can better relieve the pain of patients, improve the lumbar dysfunction, improve the endurance of lumbar static and dynamic muscles and improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in the short term, and the long-term effect is stable.3.Acupuncture through tendons combined with conventional acupuncture has better curative effect on nonspecific low back pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)than conventional acupuncture alone, and has better prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
