Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Pain Point Pricking And Cupping In The Treatment Of Non-specific Low Back Pain

Purpose:Through the analysis of clinical curative effect observation on 60 patients suffered from Nonspecific Low back pain(NLBP)by acupuncture combined with the blood-letting puncturing and cupping.Discussion on mechanism of improving signs and symptoms of NLBP.Verify the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of NBLP by acupuncture combined with the blood-letting puncturing and cupping.Method:According to established inclusion criteria and random number table,60 patients with NLBP,who were in accordance with the accepting criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group(acupuncture combined with the blood-letting puncturing and cupping)and the control group(single applied acupuncture)respectively.There are 30 patients in each group.Analyzing the curative effect by comparing patients' symptoms before treatment,in the 14~th day of the treatment(whole cases of these therapy)and observing whether any adverse reaction comes up or not.Application analysis of statistical all the metering data,that was shown by mean and standard deviation.t test was used for comparison between groups.Count data was compared by using Chi-squared test or Wilcoxon.P<0.05,the difference was statically significance.Results:Two groups of VAS?JOA?Oswestry scores were improved after treatment.Acupuncture combine with the blood-letting puncturing and cupping group is better than the control group,ended treatment,the blood-letting puncturing and cupping group has 10 cases,16 cases with significant effect,4 cases with effective result,The total effective rate was 100%;In the control group,3cases was cured,26 cases with significant effect,1 case with effective result,The total effective rate was 100%.The two groups found at the end of the course of the treatment in patients with abnormalities.This observation on the treatment method is not a safety problem.Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture combined with the blood-letting puncturing and cupping for the treatment of nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)is definite,which can significantly improve the patients' symptoms and signs,and relieve patient's pain quickly.The patients returned to normal life as soon as possible.From the perspective of clinical curative effect,Acupuncture combine with the blood-letting puncturing and cupping group is better than the control group,which can be widely applied in clinical treatment since it works quickly with less diverse effect and lower cost.
