Analysis Of Acupoint Selection Rules For Acupuncture Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Based On Data Minin

Objective:This study focused on the treatment of cervical spondylosis with acupuncture as the content,and conducted data mining using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V3.0).It is expected to guide clinical practice and promote it.Methods:In the past ten years,Chinese databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,etc.and foreign databases including Web Of Science related clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis.Using the method of retrospective research,the included literature is sorted and entered into the EXCEL table and ordinary EXCEL applicable to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0),and the frequency statistics in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0)are used.Relevant functions such as prescription rules,new prescription analysis,association rules,and clustering algorithms are used to mine and analyze the entered literature data,and use EXCEL tables to perform statistics on the distribution of acupoints in meridians,classification of acupoints,and distribution of acupoints in human body parts.Regular Statistics,etc.Results:1.The total number of acupoint selections included in the acupoints is 505 times,and the number of acupoints is 74,which are sorted according to the frequency of use.Among them,21 acupoints are used for 5 times.Neck Jiaji,Fengchi,Tianzhu,Jianjing,Dazhui,Houxi,Ashi Point,Neck Bailao,Hegu,Waiguan.2.The distribution of acupoints is related to 12 meridians.The top three meridians are the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang,Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang and Small Intestine Meridian of Hand Taiyang.The Yin-pericardium meridian,the hand-taiyin lung meridian,and the foot-jueyin are involved no more than twice,and the foot-taiyin spleen meridian and the hand-shaoyin meridian are not mentioned.3.The distribution of acupoints in the human body is divided into head and neck,waist and back,upper limbs,lower limbs and chest and fu-organs,and Ashi acupoints are classified as others.The maximum number of acupoints on the head and neck is 242.times,the chest,abdomen and lower extremities were relatively few,27 times and 21 times,respectively.4.In clinical practice,specific acupoints are often used to treat cervical spondylosis,such as the extra-meridian acupoints,Wushu points,Yuan points,Luo points,Qi points,Beishu points,Mu points,Ba Meridian points,Xiahe points,Bahui points are classified into acupoints that meet the classification of acupoints.There are a total of 39 specific acupoints,a total of 302 times,and the maximum frequency of use of extra-meridian acupoints is 114 times.5.Use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V3.0)to carry out acupoint combination,including 35 acupoint combinations for acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of neck type,the top three acupoint combinations are "Neck Jiaji,Fengchi",""Wind pool,shoulder well" and "Wind pool,Tianzhu",the frequencies are 42,40,and 34 respectively.The association rule analysis shows that the confidence level of "Neck Jiaji,Jianjing,Dazhui → Fengchi","Jianjing,Dazhui → Fengchi","Neckjaji,Tianzhu,Jianjing → Fengchi" is 1.6.Utilize traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V3.0)to carry out cluster analysis to obtain 4 new prescriptions.Conclusion:1.Yang meridian acupoints are mostly used in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and the most involved is the foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian.The first and foremost acupoints are the most selected parts,and the most frequently selected acupoints are cervical jiaji,Fengchi,Tianzhu,shoulder well,Dazhui and Houxi.In specific acupoints,meridian and outer qi points are most commonly used,followed by eight points rendezvous and five points.2.Commonly used acupoint core combinations are "Neck Jiaji,Fengchi","Fengchi,Jianjing","Fengchi,Tianzhu".The most commonly used combinations are Neckjiaji,Fengchi and Jianjing.3.There are 4 new recipes,the core main recipe 1: Neck Jiaji,Fengchi,Jianjing,Tianzhu,Houxi,Waiguan;Core main recipe 2:Ashi Point,Fengchi,Tian Column,Neckjiaji,Dazhui,Jianjing;core main square 3: Houxi,Wailao Palace,Sanjian,Jinshu,Laogong,Zhongzhu;core main square 4: Fengchi,Tianzhu,Fengmen,Dazhui,Houxi,neck Bai Lao.It can provide basis and reference for acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis.
