Purpose:By using laser speckle imaging technology, observe and compare the changes of surface blood flow in the local microcirculation of the knee before and after the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by comparing the acupuncture and the acupoints of the acupuncture points, and clarify the curative effect of the tendon therapy. It is further confirmed that the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can promote the local blood circulation of the knee and promote tissue metabolism.Material and method:Collect 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria. All from January 2017-2017 December in Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated Hospital, the first and second hospital outpatient and inpatient department.Patients who meet the inclusion criteria enter the treatment study in order,Volunteers have also voluntarily signed the informed consent form.100 patients were randomly divided into the tendon therapy group and ordinary acupuncture,50 patients in the tendon therapy group and 50 in the normal acupuncture group. Before the treatment, observation points were marked for all patients, and blood flow perfusion was monitored with a laser speckle instrument at the marked points, and VAS and WOMAC scores were performed on the patients. The palpation of the foot solar ribs in the treatment group of the focal lesions was performed. The selected points were referenced to Xue Ligong's “Chinese Research on Reinforcement” to mark the focal lesions of the tendons and perform acupuncture treatment: Venezuela,Venezuela, and Hefei.Yangwai,Heyang,Heyang times,Chengshanwai,Chengjin times,Huanqu times, upright times.Acupuncture points were used to treat acupuncture patients in the control group.Acupoints were referenced to the acupoint positioning of the WHO International Acupuncture Standards(WHO)published by the World Health Organization(WHO).The key points were selected: Cheng Fu,Yinmen,Venezuela, and Venezuela.,Chengjin,Chengshan,Kunlun,etc.After the end of the course of treatment, blood flow perfusion was monitored again using a laser speckle contrast imaging device at the observation site before treatment, and VAS score and WOMAC score were performed again. After the treatment is over, all the collected data are counted, analyzed, and compared.Results:1.VAS pain score comparison:The VAS scores after acupuncture treatment in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the VAS scores after treatment in the kinked lesion group were significantly lower than those in the acupoint group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of WOMAC function scores:The WOMAC score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the WOMAC score of the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group, the WOMAC score of the Chinese traditional medicine group was significantly lower than that of the normal acupuncture group(P <0.05).3.Blood flow volume comparison:The two groups of patients were monitored by laser speckle imaging. After the treatment, the blood flow perfusion at the observation point of the knee axilla was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The observation points after the treatment with the tendon therapy group and the common acupuncture group were observed. The changes of surface perfusion were significantly lower than those in the acupuncture group(P <0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation and comparison:The score of the lesions in the tendon lesion group was85%,and the total effective rate was 96%;the acupoint group had a significant rate of 66%,and the total effective rate was 94%.After chi-square test, there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the knuckle lesion group was better than that of the acupoint group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee by the rib extension method has obvious analgesic effect.2.The treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee by the tendon acupuncture has obvious effect on improving knee function.3.The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with spurs has obvious effects on decreasing the blood perfusion around the knee and improving the local tissue microcirculation.4.Laser speckle imaging technology helps to establish an objective evaluation system for tendon therapy.
