| Purpose: Retrospectively analyze the changes of NLR and PLR levels and quality of life of two groups of patients with qi and blood deficiency breast cancer treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone and Chinese medicine combined with thunder fire moxibustion,and explore the use of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency breast cancer Clinical significance.Material and method:Screening 129 cases of qi-blood deficiency breast cancer cases who were hospitalized in the oncology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2015 to December 2019.The basic personal information of the selected patients,NEUT,PLT,LY,KPS scores and TCM syndrome points and other clinical information are entered into Excel tables.According to the treatment method,it is divided into the Chinese medicine group(simple Chinese medicine treatment group)and the combined group(Chinese medicine combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment group),and compares the changes of NLR level,PLR level,KPS score and TCM syndrome score after treatment in the two groups.Use SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The NLR levels of the patients in the combination group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were 2.11 ± 0.35 and 2.33 ± 0.53 after treatment,respectively,and the two groups had statistical significance by P test <0.05.2.The PLR levels of the patients in the combination group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were 129.96 ± 19.54 and 140.04 ± 11.75 after treatment,respectively,and the two groups were statistically significant by P test <0.05.3.The mean KPS scores of the patients in the combination group and the Chinese medicine group were 90.00 ± 10.71 points and 85.37 ± 10.20 points after treatment,respectively,and the two groups were tested by t test P <0.05.The differences were statistically significant.4.The mean TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the combination group and the Chinese medicine group were 6.82 ± 2.43 points and 9.78 ± 2.85 points after treatment,respectively,and the two groups were statistically significant by t test P <0.05.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with thunder and fire moxibustion can reduce NLR and PLR levels in patients with breast cancer with deficiency of both Qi and blood.Thunder and fire moxibustion treatment has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients with breast and Qi deficiency.2.The combination of Chinese medicine and thunder-fire moxibustion can improve the KPS score of patients with qi-blood deficiency type breast cancer and reduce the score of TCM syndromes. |
