Clinical Observation Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture On The Treatment Of Postpartum Hypogalactia With Qi-Blood Deficiency

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture treating postpartum hypogalactia(PH)with qi-blood deficiency and compare the therapeutic effect of conventional acupuncture Group and “ moxibustion combined with acupuncture”therapy on PH.It provided the basis for the clinical application of“ moxibustion combined with acupuncture” therapy in the treatment of PH with qi-blood deficiency.Methods In this study,78 patients with postpartum hypogalactia with qi-blood deficiency syndrome who came from the acupuncture and gynecology department of the Baoding No.1 Hospital of TCM were collected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was given thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment,acupuncture point: Tianzong,Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Danzhong;the control group was given conventional acupuncture,acupuncture point: Danzhong,Rugen,Shaoze,Jianjing,Qihai,Zusanli.Treatment was conducted for 7 days(once a day).The lactation yield,TCM symptoms score,hypogalactia symptoms score,and various scores of hypogalactia symptoms were compared in both groups before and after treatment.Results 1 Compare the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of subjects: 6 cases were cured in the treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective;in the control group,2 cases were cured in the treatment group,8 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,7 cases were invalid;two groups were tested,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2 The lactation yield,the symptoms of TCM symptoms and hypogalactia symptoms were analyzed in the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was significant and statistically significant(P < 0.05);3 After treatment compared two groups of the lactation yield,the TCM symptoms score,hypogalactia symptoms score,and various scores of hypogalactia symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture was stronger than the conventional acupuncture.Conclusions 1 Thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve the milk yield,reduce clinical TCM symptoms score and hypogalactia symptoms score of PH patients with qi-blood deficiency.2 The effect of the treatment group is stronger than the control group.Figure0;Table10;Reference 79...
