Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia (qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Means Of Peri-acupuncture Combined With Thunder Fire Moxibustion

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and advantages of peri-acupuncture combined with lightning fire moxibustion in the treatment of primary postherpetic neuralgia(qi deficiency and blood stasis),and to optimize the method of acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(qi deficiency and blood stasis),so as to provide a basis for the promotion of further clinical treatment.Methods:72 patients from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital acupuncture,pain and skin clinic qi deficiency blood stasis heritage after herpes zoster neuralgia(PHN)patients,according to randomized grouping principle,according to random number table method to incorporate all patients divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups,each group has 36 cases,the treatment group USES the circumference method together with the thunder fire moxibustion treatment,day / 1,5,for a period of treatment,2 days off per treatment 1 treatment course,observation curative effect after six consecutive period of treatment.In the control group,indomethacin tablets were taken orally(25mg/ time,3 times/day,after meals),and mecobalamin tablets(mikebo)were taken orally(0.5mg/ time,3 times/day)for 6 weeks.Changes in VAS pain scale score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI)score of patients in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were recorded.SPSS22.0 software package was used to analyze the experimental data of baseline,intergroup and intra-group.Results:(1)A total of 72 patients were included in this study,meeting the inclusion and non-exclusion criteria.During the treatment,36 patients in the treatment group lost 2patients,with a loss rate of 5.56%.There were 36 patients in the control group,3 of whom were lost,and the loss rate was 8.33%.A total of 67 patients were eventually treated in the two groups of this study.(2)After six course of diagnosis and treatment,the results showed that the treatment group total effective rate was 88.24%,control group total effective rate was 75.76%,and anincreasingly number of 15 cases,treatment group markedly effective rate was 44.12%,an increasingly number of 7 cases,control group markedly effective rate was 21.21%,the clinical outcomes shows that the treatment group was better than western medicine control group,there are differences between the two groups after treatment curative effect the results of the data,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)VAS pain score: after the course of treatment,the pain degree of subjects in the two groups was significantly reduced,the clinical efficacy was clear,and there was a significant statistical difference(P < 0.01).In addition,compared with the control group,the improvement of pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)HAMA anxiety improvement score: after the course of treatment,the anxiety of subjects in the two groups was significantly reduced,and the effect was accurate,with a significant statistical difference(P < 0.01).The improvement of anxiety in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(5)PSQI sleep improvement score: after the course of treatment,the subjects’ sleep conditions in the two groups were significantly improved and the treatment effect was good,with a significant statistical difference(P < 0.01).In addition,compared with the control group,the improvement of sleep quality in the treatment group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Peri-acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN)with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is effective,easy to operate and green and safe.It can significantly reduce pain,improve sleep quality and improve anxiety.(2)Peri-acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN)with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is superior to the oral administration of western medicine xiaoyantong tablets and mecobalamin tablets.
