Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Thunder-fire Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis (Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type)

Objective: By random method to set up the treatment group and control group,the acupuncture combined with thunder fire acupuncture and western medicine of loratadine tablets to treat lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis comparing the clinical curative effect of observation,study the curative effect and advantages of two methods,thus for clinical acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment of lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis provide a highly efficient treatment.Methods: Using randomized controlled design method of pulmonary qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis patients as the research object,were included in the standard of the subjects of 62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases(acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion group)and control group 32 cases(western medicine loratadine group),two groups are two courses of treatment,treatment after 3 months follow-up with nasal symptom scores(TNSS)accompanying symptoms(TNNSS)rhinitis nasal-conjunctivitis related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)as a curative effect evaluation,comparing the treatment group and control group before and after treatment and follow-up of each index score changes SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results: There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS),The total score of nasal symptoms(TNNSS)and nasal conjunctivitis related quality of life(RQLQ)were compared between the two groups to observe the efficacy.1.TNSS score results: compared within the group,the scores of the two groups before and after treatment showed statistical difference(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in the total score between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the total scores of the two groups during the follow-up period(P<0.05).2.TNNSS score results: compared within the group,the scores of the two groups before and after treatment showed statistical differences(P>0.05).There was no significantdifference in the total score between the two groups during the follow-up period(P>0.05).3.RQLQ score results: within the group,there was a statistical difference in the scores of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the total scores of the two groups during the follow-up period(P<0.05).4.Comparison of overall efficacy: there were 30 cases in the acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion group,among which 16 cases showed obvious efficacy,with an apparent efficiency of 53.33%,an effective efficiency of 11 cases,an effective rate of36.67%,and an ineffective efficiency of 3 cases,an ineffective efficiency of 10.00% and a total effective rate of 90.00%.In the control group,there were 32 cases,including 8 cases with obvious effect,25.00% of the apparent efficiency,18 cases with effective effect,56.25% of the effective rate,and 6 cases with ineffective effect,18.75% of the ineffective rate,and 81.25% of the total effective rate.After non-parametric test,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029<0.05).Conclusion: This research has shown that acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion with oral western medicine chlorine thunder he can improve his capital in patients with allergic rhinitis nasal symptom of rhinitis accompanying symptoms and nose-conjunctivitis related quality of life,acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion to improve the symptoms of nasal and nasal-conjunctivitis related quality of life better than loratadine,in terms of symptoms,alleviate rhinitis with two groups of curative effect.
