Explore The Medication Rules Of 7 Medical Books In The Treatment Of Renal Fluid

Purpose:On the basis of factor analysis and cluster analysis,the clinical medical records and works on the treatment of Renal Edema written in some medical books from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China in Liaoning area were excavated,in order to obtain more clear diagnosis and treatment and medication ideas,so as to better inherit and develop the experience of famous doctors in Liaoning,and to provide reference and help for clinical medication of Renal Edema.Method:Based on 12 books,such as medical records of different provinces in China,medical records before the founding of the People's Republic of China,county records and city records of various regions in Liaoning Province,and the search of databases,the authors selected the works of Traditional Chinese medicine written in Liaoning from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,exclude the lost books,select medical records,medical dialect,prescriptions,clinical various subjects,series and comprehensive books to browse their catalogs,sift through the books with the words "Edema,Edema,swelling,swelling,swelling,swelling" in the catalog.The results showed that there were less than 5 prescriptions in the original book,and 7 books were selected as the representative of the research.Seven representative medical books were selected,and the frequency of use,efficacy,properties,flavor and Meridian tropism of the prescription were analyzed statistically.Factor analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs were carried out by using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software to summarize the pathogenesis,treatment and prescription of Renal Edema in Liaoning Province.Results: 1.There are 49 prescriptions related to Renal Edema in ?Bencao Lei Fang?,involving 75 traditional Chinese medicines.There are 20 prescriptions related to Renal Edema in ?the medical code?,involving 73 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 8 prescriptions related to Renal Edema in ?medical abstract?,involving 24 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 5 prescriptions related to renal edema in ?Gufangjinbing?,involving 27 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 7 prescriptions related to Renal Edema in ? Medical Zhongshen Xilu ?,involving 24 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 5 prescriptions related to Renal Edema in ?medical primer?,involving 24 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 9 prescriptions related to Renal Edema in ?100 medical cases of Zhangxiuyun ?,involving 49 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2.A Comprehensive Study of 7 representative medical books showed that there were 103 prescriptions related to renal edema,involving 129 traditional Chinese medicines.Among them,the frequency of use of drugs in the top 6: Licorice,Poria,atractylodes Macrocephala,Alisma plantago-aquatica,dried tangerine peel,Fangji.The first 4 drugs were tonic,diuretic,antipyretic and Qi regulating drugs,the accumulative percentage was 59.97%.The first 3 drugs frequency statistics: temperature,cold,flat,the cumulative percentage of 74.76%.The frequency of drug flavor was the first 3: Sweet,bitter and bitter,the cumulative percentage was 82.02%.The frequency of Meridian Tropism was the first 4: Lung,spleen,stomach and kidney,the accumulative percentage was 64.56%.3.Factor analysis of high frequency drugs showed that KMO test value was 0.511 & GT;0.5,Bartlett Spherical test value was 203.721,P 0.000 & Lt;0.05,6 common factors were c 1 Poria,Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma EPHEDRAE,Chinese date,polyporus umbellatus respectively,for the solution table,the convenience urination related factor.C2 descurainia seed,for the diarrhea lung,line dropsy related factors.C3 Ramulus Cinnamomi and Aconite were the relative factors of promoting Yang and dampness.C 4 polyporus Umbellatus,related factors for light permeability and dampness.C5 Fangji,for wind-dispelling,diuresis detumescence related factors.C6 Dried Tangerine Peel is a relative factor of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen.Cluster analysis resulted in three cluster methods: F1 Ephedra,Jujube,White Peony,Aconite,ginger,Grifola Umbellata,semen lepitis,F2 dried tangerine peel,Fangji,Rhizoma Alismatis,Ramulus Cinnamomi,F3 licorice,Poria Cocos and Rhizoma Atractylodis.Conclusion: 1.From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China in Liaoning area,the representative medical records in the treatment of Renal Oedema mainly used drugs for tonifying deficiency and drugs for promoting diuresis and dampness.They were good at many aspects,such as "tonifying,eliminating,walking,clearing and warming",and advocated the simultaneous adjustment of the five viscera,but they were prominent and the use of drugs was mild,pay attention to charging yang-qi,running Qi machine,dryness and dampness,firm Yin.The commonly used medicine pharmacology research and the clinical effect are quite clear,may continue to promote the use.2.Based on factor analysis,the basic pathogenesis of Renal Edema in Liaoning from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China is that Qi does not transform into water.3.Based on the cluster analysis,three core prescriptions were obtained,whose effects were mainly promoting Yang and dampness,regulating Qi,calming stomach and strengthening spleen and detumescence,which was in accordance with the characteristics of Kidney Edema with Qi and no water in Liaoning Province.
