Professor Jiao Xiaomin's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Patients After PCI

Purpose: This article retrospectively analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine used by Professor Jiao Xiaomin after PCI,explores the characteristics of Professor Jiao Xiaomin after PCI,and explores the rule of Jiao Xiaomin's medication after PCI.Materials and Methods: In this study,we collected 101 postoperative patients after PCI treated by Professor Jiao Xiaomin from the Second Department of Cardiology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from October 2017 to October 2019,and entered the information of the drugs in the prescription into an Excel table using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software,statistical analysis Prof.Jiao Xiaomin 's drug use frequency,frequency,four qi,five flavors,and meridian after PCI treatment,through cluster analysis of drugs with frequency of use greater than 20 times,factor analysis of drugs with frequency greater than 25 times,explore Professor Jiao Xiaomin's medication rules for patients after PCI.Results:1.This study involves 91 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 1525 times of use,including 30 flavors with a frequency of more than 20 times,and a frequency of 1019 times,accounting for 66.81% of the total frequency,of which the top ten are Atractylodes,Poria,Chenpi,Astragalus,Pinellia,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica,Ophiopogon japonicus,Bupleurum.2.Professor Jiao Xiaomin uses the supplementary deficiency medicine,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,phlegm and cough medicine most frequently.The four-qi moderate-temperature medicine is the most used.There are more sweet and bitter tastes in the five flavors.many.3.According to the clustering statistics of high-frequency drugs,Prof.Jiao Xiaomin's commonly used drug pairs include jujube kernel and Polygala,keel and oyster,Guizhi and ginger,jujube,melon and scallion,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Poria,Pinellia and orange peel.4.Based on the results of factor analysis,commonly used combinations of drugs:1)Melon,Amomum villosum,Tangerine peel,Fructus Aurantii,Scallion,Roasted Licorice2)Scutellaria baicalensis,Bupleurum,Pinellia,Ophiopogon japonicus3)Poria,orange peel,Atractylodes,Astragalus4)Rehmannia glutinosa,angelica,citrus aurantium5)Roasted licorice and salvia miltiorrhizaConclusion:1.Professor Jiao Xiaomin uses the supplementary deficiency medicine,blood circulation and phlegm medicine more frequently;the four-qi moderate-temperature medicine is most used;Among the five flavors,there are more sweet and bitter flavors;there are more drugs in Guixinjing,Spleen Meridian and Liver Meridian.2.Through the analysis of the prescriptions of 101 patients after PCI,it is concluded that Professor Jiao Xiaomin's commonly used prescriptions mainly include Guipi Decoction,Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,Danshen Yin,and Xiaochaihu Decoction.3.Professor Jiao Xiaomin believes that patients with coronary heart disease after PCI will always be "long-term disease into the network" in the development of the disease.After PCI,heart and spleen qi deficiency are the main factors,and blood stasis,phlegm and stagnation are also the main factors.4.Professor Jiao Xiaomin's treatment of patients after PCI mostly takes the principle of "heart and spleen treatment",dialectical treatment to help patients with PCI after cardiac rehabilitation.
