Purpose:Collected through clinical copy with teacher, professor zhang LAN outpatient treatment of 100 patients with thyroid nodules were first confirmed cases of the statistical analysis, sums up the prescription medicine rule of treating the disease by professor zhang LAN and the experience of diagnosis and help themselves to learn and inherit professor zhang LAN academic thought, promote the clinical experience, traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of thyroid nodule offering medical ideas and methods.Material and method:Collected in October 2018-December 2020 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine by professor zhang LAN diagnosis and treatment of patients with thyroid nodules, choose from a complete and clear diagnosis of 100 cases of medical record information, organize the prescription to the patient, using the WPS OFFICE software to establish the database, the application of SPSS Statistics 25.0 to high-frequency medicines frequency analysis, clustering analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results:1.Frequency analysis results: Among the 100 prescriptions,106 TCM ingredients were involved, and the total frequency of medication was 1654 times. The 25 TCM ingredients whose statistical analysis frequency was more than 20 times were the high-frequency TCM used by Professor Zhang in TN treatment. The results of frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine categories showed that the top five categories were: deficiency tonifying drugs(mainly liver and blood nourishing drugs,Qi and spleen tonifying drugs),Qi regulating drugs,phlegm-reducing drugs,heat-clearing drugs, and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; The most frequent use of TCM properties was warm drugs, followed by flat and cold drugs. The most commonly used TCM medicines are bitter drugs, followed by acrid and sweet drugs. The top five use frequencies of traditional Chinese medicine were liver meridian, spleen meridian, lung meridian, stomach meridian and heart meridian.2.Cluster analysis results: Six cluster combinations were obtained from cluster analysis results: C1 was seaweed and Campanula sinensis;C2 zedoary, salt orange kernel, prunella prununculata, fritillaria thunbergii,Wang Chuxing,Radix Scrophulariae,Platycodon grandiflorum,oyster;C3 is Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeonia lactiflora and Radix Paeonia lactiflora;C4 Citron,Buddha's hand,Rhizoma corydalis;C5 is Tangerine Peel,Pinellia Pinellia,Poria cocos;C6 is Bupleurum,Turmeric and Licorice.3.The correlation analysis results: correlation analysis was carried out on the high frequency Chinese medicine, the minimum support degree is 20%,referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be the minimum confidence level of 95%,the largest number referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be set to 1,2,3 respectively under the precondition of,used to sort the results according to the support and confidence, the largest number is referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be 1 results show that the high frequency of drug combination include:angelica sinensis, radix paeoniae alba;Citron,Buddha hand;Salted orange kernel, white peony;Oysters,Thunberg Fritillaria, etc.;The results showed that the highest number of the first term was 2,which showed the high-frequency drug combination: Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeonia lactiflora and Prunella sinensis;Angelica,Radix Paeonia lactiflora,Thunberg Fritillaria;Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Wang Chuxing, etc.;Largest number is referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be 3 results show that the high frequency combinations: angelica, radix paeoniae alba, cowherb seed, selfheal;Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Prunella Prunella,Thunberg Fritillaria; The results of Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeonia lactiflora,Prunella prununculata,Radix Radix Radix, etc.,were basically consistent with the results of cluster analysis, which was in line with the clinical medication experience of Professor Zhang Lan.Conclusion:1.The pathogenesis of thyroid sarcoidosis is diverse. Most of the clinical patients are liver blood deficiency, spleen qi deficiency, and often accompanied by qi stagnation, phlegm coagulation, blood stasis, and excessive heat, which may be related to the absence of obvious symptoms of the disease and the patients' ignorance of the disease, leading to the prolonged course of disease and deficiency.2.Professor Zhang Lan mainly used drugs to treat thyroid nodule to tonify deficiency(mainly liver and blood nourishing drugs,Qi and spleen tonifying drugs),Qi regulating drugs,phlegm-reducing drugs,heat-clearing drugs, and drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. The properties of drugs were mainly warm, flat and cold, the taste was mainly bitter, acrid and sweet, and the meridians of the liver and spleen were mainly. It can be seen from this that Professor Zhang Lan's treatment of thyroid nodules is mainly to dredging the liver, regulating qi and invigorating the spleen, reducing phlegm to be soft, firm and dispersed, clearing heat, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.3.Professor Zhang LAN's basic prescriptions for the treatment of thyroid nodule are Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Prunella prununculata,Thunberg fritillaria,Radix Sophora sinensis,Wang Zhuoxin,Zedoary turmeric,Tangerine peel,Pinellia pinelliae,Citron citron,Citron citron, seaweed,Kundulinum sinensis. On this basis, flexible addition and subtraction of seaweed and Kundulinum sinensis were performed according to the specific conditions of the patients.4.The results of data mining are consistent with the theory and clinical experience of Professor Zhang Lan in differentiating thyroid nodules.
