Drug Characteristics About Clinical Treatment Of Renal Edema Based On Data Mining

Objective: This study intends to use data mining methods to summarize the treatment of renal edema in the Department of Nephrology,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to explore the clinical experience and clinical experience in the treatment of renal edema,to provide experience in the treatment of renal edema.Methods: This study was conducted from April 01,2017 to February28,2019.During the hospitalization of the Department of Nephrology,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Chinese medicine prescription was effective in the treatment of renal edema.(1)Screening was carried out in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and 42 cases meeting the criteria were selected,totaling 127 prescriptions.Using Excel software to establish a basic database,the 42 patients collected,the age,the cause of renal edema,the prescriptions used(drug name,efficacy,four gas,five flavors,returning to the classics),after standardization of the drugs appearing,Use Excel to analyze some basic information of patients and the frequency and frequency of drugs.(2)Artificially set the frequency of drugs >15 or more as common drugs,SPSS software as the data mining library,cluster analysis of commonly used drugs with IBM SPSS Statistics21.0 software,and association analysis with IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.And analyze and discuss the results.Results: In this study,42 patients were selected,including 2patients aged 20-29 years,accounting for 4.88%;3 patients aged30-39 years,accounting for 7.32%;8 patients aged 40-49,accounting for 19.51%;50-59 patients aged 59 years,accounting for 21.95%;4 patients aged 60-69,accounting for 9.76%;9 patients aged 70-79,accounting for 21.95%;7 patients aged 80-89,accounting for 17.07%.(1)2.42 cases were collected in this study.According to the clinical manifestations and laboratory results,the causes of renal edema include the following diseases: patients with nephrotic syndrome accounted for 52.38%;patients with diabetic nephropathy accounted for 19.05%;patients with lupus nephritis accounted for7.14%;patients with hepatitis B associated nephritis 2.38%;patients with chronic glomerulonephritis accounted for19.05%.(2)The study collected 42 patients with renal edema who met the inclusion criteria,and prescribed 127 prescriptions,involving a total of 98 flavors of Chinese medicine,and the total frequency of cumulative medication was 1936 times.Among them,the drug with frequency >15 has a total of 34 flavors,the cumulative frequency is 1580 times,and the cumulative frequency is 81.61%.From the"four gas" statistics,the temperature,flatness and cold drugs are mostly,and the application of cooling and heat drugs is relatively small.In the "five flavors",the application of sweet,pungent and bitter drugs is mostly used,and the use of acid,bismuth and light drugs is relatively small;from the statistics of drugs "return to the classics",the spleen,lung and liver are from high to low.,kidney,heart,stomach,large intestine,bladder,small intestine,pericardium,triple burner,the first eight categories of drugs are tonic(23 kinds),phlegm(14 kinds),heat-clearing drugs(13 kinds),solution(11 species),qi medicine(9 types),blood circulation medicine(7 types).(3)Through cluster analysis,the common 10 core drug pairs were obtained,which were the first group: yam,hawthorn,peony bark,rehmannia glutinosa,and maidendong;the second group: Codonopsis pilosulae and Astragalus membranaceus;the third group: Chuanxiong,Angelica;the fourth group: motherwort,red peony;the fifth group:Huanren,peach kernel,epimedium,eucommia;the sixth group:licorice,cassia twig;the seventh group: psyllium,Wang not stay;eighth Group: Divine Comedy,Almond;Group IX: Chixiaodou,Big Belly,Suede,Jiangpi,Mulberry,and Safflower;Group 10: Bristle,Cinnamon,Poria,Atractylodes,Alisma,and Tangerine.Through the analysis of association rules,it is concluded that the rule with the highest degree of support in the second-order association rule is Rhizoma alismatis → Poria cocos,the rule support degree is 98.425%,and the confidence degree is 83.2%;the rule with the highest degree of support in the third-order association rule generated is Rhizoma alismatis → Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae + Poria cocos,rule support is 87.402%,confidence is 82.883%;fourth-order association rules analysis,the most supportive rules are swine fever → Alisma + Atractylodes+ Poria cocos,rule support is 72.441%,confidence The degree is80.435%.Conclusions:(1)From the drug category: mainly based on tonic medicine,through the spleen and kidney,regulating the five internal organs and the five internal organs,reflecting the principle of seeking treatment for the disease;supplemented by phlegm medicine,mostly for Gan The light osmotic dampness medicine,which is not under the stagnation,reflects the treatment of both the symptoms and the symptoms,and the tempering of the disease;it also has the drugs of clearing heat,relieving the table,regulating qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.,and the specific case analysis,from "complement,line,eliminate,sputum " Starting in many aspects,it reflects the overall concept of treating diseases.(2)From the return of the drug,it is concluded that the drug belongs to the spleen,and the spleen is the most abundant.The spleen is the foundation of the acquired spleen.It reflects the importance of regulating the vitality of the spleen and stomach and restoring the function of its water and liquid metabolism during the treatment of renal edema.Sexuality;the lung is the second to the drug,the lung is the source of water,and the drug that belongs to the lung is not only to regulate its physiological function,but also to find more roads;the liver,kidney and heart are not the same.Up and down,in the treatment of renal edema,the five internal organs are adjusted,but there are prominent.(3)From the four gas and five flavors of the drug: the most common drugs,renal edema is more of the virtual,in the use of drugs to avoid severe and dry products,treatment needs to be slow;Gan,Xin,bitter three drugs are mostly,reflecting the Xinganhua Yang,Xin Kai bitter down,in the treatment of edema,focus on yang,gas machine.(4)Based on the cluster analysis,10 groups of core drug pairs were proposed.Based on the correlation analysis,multiple groups of drugs with high correlation and confidence were obtained,which reflected that in the process of treating renal edema,it was not limited to one kind.Dialectical method,a single deportation medication,but the internal organs,qi and blood yin and yang joint conditioning.(5)Through the experience of clinical treatment of renal edema,it provides a way of thinking for the treatment of renal edema.Data mining is of great significance for the clinical experience of Chinese medicine.
