Objective:To observe the effect of Sanbiao Zhengyang Decoction in the treatment of feng-han-shi syndrome migraine from the indexes of migraine attack frequency, degree, duration, concomitant symptoms,TCM main symptoms, secondary symptoms and tongue vein, and preliminarily verify the clinical efficacy of Sanbiao Zhengyang Decoction in the treatment of migraine. Methods:From February 2019 to January 2020,85 patients who met the inclusion criteria for feng-han-shi syndrome migraine were selected from the department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.According to the individual requirements and principle of randomized parallel control,85 patients were divided into treatment group 43 and control group 42.The treatment group received oral treatment of Sanbiao Zhengyang Decoction. The control group was given Zolmitriptan tablet and Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. In the course of this study,if the subjects encountered special reasons, they should timely inform the researcher and take relevant measures. Before treatment(before enrollment),after treatment(at the end of 30 days of treatment)and during follow-up(at the end of 30 days after treatment),the scores of headache degree, frequency, duration, concomitant symptoms, main symptoms of TCM,secondary symptoms of TCM,tongue and pulse were recorded, and the comprehensive headache scores and TCM symptom scores were collected in time to evaluate the clinical symptoms of western medicine and the efficacy of TCM symptoms, recurrence rate and safety indexes during follow-up.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5% and that of the control group was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% and that of the control group was 77.5%,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% and that of the control group was 37.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).During the follow-up period, the total effective rate of the two groups was 67.5% in the treatment group and25% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment and during follow-up,the improvement of headache scores of the two groups was compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The improvement of headache scores in the two groups after treatment and during the follow-up period was compared with that before treatment, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The recurrence rate after follow-up between the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in safety index between the two groups(p > 0.05).Conclusion:Sanbiao Zhengyang Decoction and Zolmitruputan tablets combined with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsule are effective in the treatment of feng-han-shi syndrome migraine.Sanbiao Zhengyang Decoction is superior to the control group of western medicine in reducing the frequency of headache, reducing the degree of headache, reducing the headache accompanied symptoms, shortening the duration of headache, improving the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improving the secondary symptoms and tongue vein. The recurrence rate of Sanbiao Zhengyang decoction was lower than the control group of western medicine and the efficacy was more lasting. There was no significant difference between the two groups.Sanbiao Zhengyang Decoction is effective in treating migraine(feng-han-shi syndrome),with low recurrence rate, lasting efficacy, safety and reliability.
