| Purpose:Based on the "Five Luck and Six Qi" doctrine in the "Huangdi Nei Jing",in the year of Gengzi 0,the luck of the Taishang is too much for the golden luck of the Taishang,the Emperor of Shaoyin Huo Sitian,and Yangming is dry and gold is in the spring.The application of Ziwu Suiyunqi Zhufang Zhengyang Decoction has repeatedly achieved good results in the treatment of a variety of Shaoyinjun and fire-related diseases,so the clinical characteristics of Zhengyang Decoction have been observed and summarized.Method:Collect and sort out the medical records of Zhengyang Decoction during the period from January,(after the big cold)to January,(from the big cold),enter the collected and summarized cases into the EXCAL form,establish a database for statistics,and use frequency statistics as The main research method of this research.Specifically,the gender,age,birth luck pattern,system diseases,symptoms,names of TCM diseases,tongue coating,pulse condition,drug composition and dosage in the case were entered into EXCAL software,and the effective data was generated into a table and frequency statistics were performed and discussed.Results:After summarizing and sorting out effective cases,the statistical results are as follows:Among the cases treated with Zhengyang Decoction,there are a total of male patients,accounting for36%,a total of female patients,accounting for 64%,and the ratio of male to female is5:9.Birth luck The pattern is counted by key words,and the frequency of occurrence in descending order is:Shaoyin Junhuo,Yangmingzaojin(57%)>Taiyin wet soil,cold water of the sun(27%)>Jueyin Fengmu,Shaoyang Xianghuo(16%).The highest frequency of occurrence was Shaoyin Junhuo and Yangming Dry Gold.The highest frequency of occurrence was Shaoyin Junhuo and Yangming Dry Gold.The onset time was 20 cases in the second qi stage,28 cases in the third qi stage,27 cases in the fourth qi stage,20 cases in the fifth qi stage,and 17 cases in the final qi stage.There are seven types of TCM diseases and fifteen types of TCM diseases,The central disease(33%),the main disease is palpitations;the brain disease(26.8%),the main disease is insomnia and dizziness;the skin disease(13.4%);the Qi,blood and body fluid disease(12.5%),the main disease The type is sweat syndrome;kidney disease(7.1%),the main disease type is lymphatic syndrome;lung disease(4.5%),the main disease type is cough;spleen and stomach disease(2.8%).Main symptoms:main heart palpitations,insomnia,hot sweating,dry mouth and preference for drinking,accompanying symptoms:sores,itching,frequent urination,fatigue,loose stools,the main tongue is pale tongue,red tongue,thin yellow or little coating,pulse condition Mainly thin,stringed and slippery.Zhengyang Decoction commonly used doses are Baiwei g,Scrophulariaceae g,Chuanxiong g,Mulberry Bark g,Angelica g,White Peony g,Inulae g,Roasted Licorice g,and Ginger g.According to the addition and subtraction of politeness,according to the corresponding drug addition and subtraction,the first gas is added with jujube seed and cohosh;the second gas is added with plantain and poria;the third gas is added with hemp seeds and almonds;the fourth gas is added with Yinchen and nepeta;There is no addition or subtraction of the five qi;the final qi is added with perilla.Conclusion:According to Song·Chen Wuze’s "Three Causes of Si Tian Fang":"At the age of Ziwu,Shaoyin Sitian,Yangming is in the spring,people’s diseased joints are forbidden,low back pain,stagnation of qi and heat,drenched urine,red eyes,heartache,cold and heat Change,cough,stubbornness,dryness,drinking,jaundice,wheezing,lower abdomen,and cold."
