Clinical Observation Of Tianma Toutong Decoction In Treating Migraine With Wind And Phlegm Disturbance Syndrome

Objective:Through this study,to observe the clinical efficacy of Tianma Toutong recipe in treating migraine with wind-phlegm disturbance,and to compare the curative effect of ToutongNing capsule in the treatment of migraine,so as to provide reliable evidence for the treatment of migraine with Tianma Toutou recipe.Method:The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(n = 30)was treated with three capsules three times a day.The experimental group(30 cases)was given one dose of Tianma Toutong Fang once a day,divided into morning and evening oral twice,both groups were 1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Compare the curative effect before and after treatment,western medicine before and after treatment,including VAS and scoring method,according to the pain grading,symptoms,signs and other comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy,and record adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine compared patients with symptoms before and after treatment,including clinical symptoms and tongue pulse.Results:1.By statistical analysis,the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,headache pain before treatment score,scoring method and TCM symptom comparison,p > 0.05,there is comparability between the two groups.2.After statistical analysis,two groups of patients headache pain score,scoring method and TCM symptoms,the comparison between the two groups,p < 0.05,the difference has statistical significance,proved that the experimental group is higher than the control group.Conclusion: Tianma Toutong Fang is effective in treating migraine with wind and phlegm disturbance.It is useful for the improvement of clinical symptoms.There is no adverse reaction in the whole observation period.It can be used in clinical application.
