Objective:To explore the characteristics of fMRI in migraine patients of Feng Huo Syndrome based on the resting-state, to explain the brain function in migraine patients of Feng Huo Syndrome and hope to understand the pathogenesis of Feng Huo Syndrome in migraine better. Methods : Choose 60 students in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine college from January 2014 to December 2014, 30 patients with migraine of Feng Huo Sydrome,30 healthy students as control group, age and gender matched, both the two groups for functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) scan in the resting-state, then begin the ReHo study after scanned image-processing, to find the characteristcs of active encephalic region in migraine patients of Feng Huo Syndrome. Compare and analyze the two groups of subjects, partical brain activity in the resting-state.Results:1. Through the t-test, there are no significant difference(P>0.05) in age group between healthy controls and migraine. Two groups are exactly the same among the gender、hand dominance and degree.2. In the resting-state, migraine group compared with healthy controls, the ReHo value significantly reduced(alphasim correction, RMM=5, P<0.05) among the left cerebellum(T value is-4.1381), the left front allobe gyrus rectus(T value is-4.4260) and the right outer front allobe(T value is-4.6021), involves the Brodmann area as BA10,BA11,BA25,BA47.3. In the resting-state, migraine group compared with healthy controls, the ReHo value significantly increased(alphasim correction, RMM=5, P<0.05) among the right sideof the superior frontal gyrus(T value is 4.2767), the limbic lobe(T value is 3.7159),cingulate gyrus. involves the Brodmann area as BA3,BA4,BA13,BA24,BA32.Conclusions: Some brain dysfunctions are fund in migraine of Feng Huo Syndrome intermediate stage, that are closely associated with migraine occurrence, development and incidental symptom.
