Objecttive: To explore the brain function of the migraine patients with Feng Huo Syndrome, analyze the characteristicis of f MRI in migraine patients of Feng Huo Syndrome and its correlation with the living quality in the resting state. Methods: Choose 60 students in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine college from October 2013 to October 2014, contains 30 patients with migraine of Feng Huo Sydrome and 30 healthy age and gender-matched students as control group. Both the two groups took functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI) scan in the resting state, then begin the Re Ho analysis after the scaned image preprocessed. The conditions in physiology, psychology, society and circumstances domains are recorded through WH0Q0L-BREF questionnaire for all the patients, and other related information and data are collected. The correlation analysis of changes on the brain and quality of life was made.Results:1. The lift quality of the migraine patients with Feng Huo Syndrome below the control group.2. There is significant correlation of the Re Ho value in left limbic lobe and the score in WHOQOL-BREF physiological areas(P<0.01).3. There is no significant correlation of the Re Ho value in active brain domain with the score in WHOQOL-BREF scale and the score in psychological, social relationships and environment area(P>0.05).There is no significant correlation of the Re Ho value in left cerebellum, the left front allobe gyrus rectus, the right outer front allobe, the right side of the superior frontal gyrus and the WHOQOL-BREF physiological areas(P>0.05).Conclusions: The migraine patients with Feng Huo Syndrome have lower life qualities in physiological areas and it maybe related with the limbic lobe.
