Clinical Observation Of Shu Feng Huo Xue Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma

Object: This study was to investigate integrative Medicine of cough variant asthma(CVA) effective for clinical treatment of CVA to provide new ideas and methods.Method:60patients were divided into test group of30and control group of30. Testgroup received the standard treatment in shu feng huo xue decoction and PulmicortTurbuhaler.Control group received Pulmicort Turbuhaler only.Results: After treatment, the condition changes, clinical efficacy was observed aftertreatment, improvement of symptoms, symptom scores improved, PEF, FEF mutation rate,FEV1improved other aspects of the results and statistical analysis, the difference wasstatistically significant (p<0.05); that the clinical effect of the observation group comparedwith the control group, there were significant differences.Conclusion: Shufeng Decoction combined with western medicine inhaledcorticosteroid Pulmicort Turbuhaler (budesonide inhalation powder) for the clinicaltreatment of CVA, improve or eliminate the symptoms quickly, control the acute onset andduration of high cure rate, relieve pain, the effect significantly, no significant side effects.
