| Objective:Through the observation of the clinical effect of Jiawei Bazhen decoction on breast cancer patients after operation,to explore the Jiawei Bazhen decoction to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients,and to provide a good physical basis for the follow-up treatment.Methods:60 patients with breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 patients in each group.After the second day,the experimental group was given oral Jiawei Bazhen decoction granules,1 dose of water daily,morning and evening warm,a total of 28 days;the control group was given oral Zhenqi Fuzheng granule(15 g*10 bags),1 bag each time,2 times a day,a total of 28 days.The changes of wound healing,psychological state,TCM syndromes,functional state and postoperative complications were recorded.Results Statistical analysis was used..Results:1 wound healing compared.The total effective rate was 100%in 29 cases of wound healing in the experimental group.The total effective rate was 96.7% in 26 cases,3 cases and 1 case.The total effective rate of the two groups p=0.313>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.For the experimental group,the shortest healing time was 7 days,the longest was 21 days,and the average healing time was 11±2.87 days.For the control group,the shortest healing time was 8 days,the longest was 24 days,and theaverage healing time was 12±3.12 days.The healing time of wound p=0.286>0.05,difference There was no statistical significance.2.Comparison of 2.anxiety and depression scores.Before treatment in the experimental group,the lowest score of anxiety self-rating scale was 26,the highest score was 55,the average score was 40.23±8.23;the lowest score of depression self-rating scale was 20,the highest score was 63,and the average score was39.43±11.75.control group pre-treatment anxiety self-rating scale score lowest score 26,highest score 55,average score 36.53±7.70;depression self-rating scale score lowest score 18,highest score 60,average score 35.57±11.42.Pre-treatment anxiety self-rating scale for two groups score,depression self-rating scale score comparison,all p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,comparable.After treatment,the lowest score of anxiety self-rating scale in the experimental group was 12,the highest score was 28,the average score was 20.03±4.73,and the lowest score of depression self-rating scale was18,the highest score was 55,and the average score was 30.20±8.53.After treatment,the anxiety self-rating scale score of the control group was 26 points,the highest score was 40 points,the average score was 32.53±4.03;the depression self-rating scale score was 20 points,the highest score was 60 points,the average score was 3 points 5.50±11.45 points.After treatment,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale were lower in the experimental group than in the controlgroup,and p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.TCM syndrome score comparison.Prior to treatment,the two groups of TCM symptom scores were compared,the average score of the observation group was 10.00±2.01,the control group was 10.40±1.77,and the two groups p=0.816>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.The average score of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was 4.83±0.87 after treatment,and that in the control group was 5.27±0.69.The comparison of syndromes score between the two groups p=0.037<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were93.33% and 76.73%,respectively.The contrast of recovery,significant effect,effective and ineffective showed that the p=was 0.032<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.TCM syndrome score comparison.The experimental group was divided into 10.00±2.01,the control group was 10.40±1.77,and the two groups p=0.816>0.05.The average score of TCM syndrome score was 4.83±0.87 in the experimental group and 5.27±0.69 in the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant p=0.037<0.05.The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 93.33% and 76.73%respectively.The p= 0.032<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.card(Karnofskf,KPS)score comparison.The KPS score of the experimental group was 45.77±9.80 before treatment,thecontrol group was 47.47±8.83,the KPS score of the two groups was p= 0.483>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,the two groups were comparable.The difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison postoperative complications.Only one patient in the experimental group had postoperative complications,which showed edema of the upper limb of the affected side.In the control group,2 patients had postoperative complications,including 1case of subcutaneous effusion and 1 case of upper limb edema.The total incidence of postoperative complications was 3.33% in the experimental group and 6.67% in the control group.The total incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups,p=0.554>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.6.No obvious adverse occuurred in the both groups.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Bazhen decoction has the tendency of promoting wound healing and shortening wound healing after breast cancer patients,but there is no significant difference compared with Zhenqi Fuzheng granule group.2.Jiawei Bazhen decoction can improve the negative emotion of breast cancer patients after operation,reduce the anxiety score and depression score,and the effect is better than that of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule group.3.Jiawei Bazhen decoction can improve TCM syndrome score and card score of patients with breast cancer after operation,and theeffect is better than that of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule group.4.Jiawei Bazhen Decoction has a tendency to reduce postoperative complications of breast cancer patients,but the results are not significantly different from those of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule Group. |
