Clinical Study On The Treatment Of The Insufficiency Of The Qi And Xue By The Modified Bazhen Decoction Combined With The Directional Acupoint Therapy

1 ObjectiveThis subject is to use Sanyinjiao and Zusanli acupoints as the starting point for the treatment of cancer fatigue caused by deficiency of qi and xue through the traditional Chinese medicine directed acupoints.To observe the curative effect of modified Bazhen decoction on cancer related fatigue due to deficiency of qi and xue in middle and late stage cancer patients.To improve the quality of life and patients' physique of patients with advanced tumor,to provide diversified and reliable clinical data for tumor palliative therapy,combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern science and technology and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor.2 MethodsThis clinical trial is a single-center trial,a total of patients diagnosed as malignant tumors by clinical and cellular or pathological diagnosis,no other serious medical diseases,no other causes of fatigue;62 cases of fatigue caused by clinically diagnosed cancer were randomly divided into two groups: two cases fell off during the experiment(unable to continue treatment due to transfer of patient to hospital),1 case in each group,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Control group: according to the general situation of the patients,routine treatment was given,and Zusanli on the same side,Sanyinjiao was selected as blank paste of TCM directional dialyzer for 25 min,2 times a day for 7 days for two weeks.Observation group: on the basis of treatment in the control group,increase the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine selected Jiawei Bazhen decoction compound granule,dissolved brine honey 6ml and then injected into transdermal paste,transdermal administration at the same acupoint(Zusanli Sanyinjiao),one dose a day,two times in the morning and evening,connected to the electrode of traditional Chinese medicine directional permeable therapy instrument.The treatment was 25 min,2 times per day.Observe for 7 days for two weeks.The Piper fatigue scale score,TCM syndrome score,HGB change,KPS score,QOL score and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.3 Results 3.1 baseline comparison between the two groups: there was no significant difference in age,sex,disease distribution,clinical stage(TNM),cancer-related fatigue,KPS score and QOL score before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).Comparable.3.2 Comparison of Piper fatigue scale scores between the two groups after treatment: the Piper scores of the two groups of CRF patients were divided into five aspects: behavior,emotion,feeling,cognition and fatigue mean score(P < 0.01 by t test).The difference was statistically significant.3.3 Comparison of TCM Syndrome score after treatment in the two groups: the effective rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).)the effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were significant(P < 0.01).3.4 Comparison of HGB index:(1)P <0.05,Compared with the control group(2)P > 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.3.5 The KPS score of the control group was 71.04 ±11.253(min),The KPS score of the observation group was 79.62±10.151(min).The KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were significant.3.6 Comparison of QOL score: in control group,QOL score increased in 11 cases,stable in 10 cases,decreased in 5 cases,and QOL score increased in 19 cases,stabilized in 10 cases and decreased in 1 case in observation group.The QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference analysis was statistically significant.3.7 Safety observation: blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were not significantly abnormal after treatment.In the observation group,there were no obvious skin redness,pain,rupture,rash and so on.4 ConclusionBy comparing the scores of Piper fatigue scale after treatment,TCM syndrome score,HGB index before and after treatment in two groups,After treatment,KPS and QOL scores showed that modified Bazhen decoction combined with directional acupoint permeation therapy could improve the physical condition of patients with malignant tumor,alleviate the degree of CRF,and improving the quality of life.
