Objective:The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction on acute syndrome of cough variant asthma.Methods:1.During the period from 2019.6 to 2019.12,60 patients who meet the standard were selected from the outpatient and inpatients of Changde Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.2.Using a clinical randomized controlled study design plan,60 patients were divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases). The control group: conventional Western medicine treatment: budesonide formoterol powder inhalation 320 ?g each time,2 times a day.Treatment group: add and remove Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction on the basis of medication in the control group,30 g Chinese yam,15 g orange,15 g windproof,10 g bitter almond,15 g fritillaria,6g licorice). Both groups took 14 days.3.Observation indicators: Record the factors that may affect the efficacy of the two groups of patients, such as gender, age, course of disease, symptoms before treatment, etc.,compare the evaluation of TCM symptom scores before and after the treatment of related wind and seizure symptoms, and compare the adverse reactions between the two groups.4.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the data.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate: 14 days after clinical medication,14 cases were cured in the treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 100.0%;0 cases were cured in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective, and 20 cases were effective 2 cases, invalid, the total effective rate was 93.3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The scores of cough, itching, shortness of breath, and sputum symptom before and after treatment between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and were comparable. After treatment, the total score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the total score between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both the treatment group and the control group were effective in improving the quantitative scores of the main symptoms, but the treatment group was better than the control group. After treatment, the scores of cough, itching, shortness of breath, and sputum symptom were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group can effectively improve the symptoms of cough, itching, dyspnea, and sputum. The cough, itching, shortness of breath, sputum symptom scores of the control group also decreased significantly compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment method of the control group can also effectively improve the above symptoms.Comparing the difference of the individual points between the two groups, the improvement of cough, itching and phlegm symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion : Through this study,it was found that the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction for the treatment of cough variant asthma has a better curative effect than the conventional treatment of Western medicine alone, and has fewer adverse reactions, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
