Clinical Study On Shufeng Runfei Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma(Fengsheng Clonic Acute Syndrome And Lungyin Deficiency)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Runfei Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol and budesonide formoterol alone in the treatment of cough variant asthma(acute onset of wind and convulsion combined with deficiency of lung-yin)and to make a comparative analysis.By observing and comparing the TCM symptom score,peripheral blood eosinophil count and exhaled nitric oxide before and after treatment,the difference data of clinical efficacy between the two treatment methods were obtained.To provide more clinical evidence for Shufeng Runfei Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma,and further verify the safety of Shufeng Runfei Decoction,but also for the clinical treatment of cough variant asthma to explore and innovate ways.Method:Sixty-six patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation(product of Astra Zeneca),while the treatment group was treatedwith Shufeng Runfei Decoction on the basis of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation(product of Astra Zeneca).With 8weeks as a clinical standard course of treatment,TCM symptom score,peripheral blood eosinophils,exhaled nitric oxide and other indicators were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data collected by the experimental institute.Results:Relevant data of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically processed and compared.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 71.8%.It showed that Shufeng Runfei Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol was more effective than budesonide formoterol alone in the treatment of cough variant asthma(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of six main symptoms of TCM in the two groups decreased more significantly(P<0.05)than that of budesonide formoterol alone(P<0.05).The EOS level in the treatment group was 87.5%lower than that in the control group was 71.85%.The EOS level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of reducing the level of Fe NO in the treatment group was 81.25%,while that in the control group was 62.50%.The level of Fe NO in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).It shows that Shufeng Runfei Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol can significantly improve the level of Fe NO in patients with cough variant asthma,reduce the index of respiratory inflammation,and promote the recovery of thedisease.The number of adverse reactions in this experimental study was 0.No significant abnormality was found in the monitoring records of vital signs,routine biochemistry,electrocardiogram and X-ray.Conclusion:Shufeng Runfei Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma(acute wind-induced convulsions and deficiency of lung-yin syndrome),and effectively reduce the level of eosinophils in peripheral blood and exhaled nitric oxide in respiratory tract.Studies have proved that Shufeng Runfei Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol is more effective than budesonide formoterol alone in the treatment of cough variant asthma.It shows the superiority and safety of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma.It can be widely used in clinic.
