Clinical Observation Of Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma With Acute Syndrome Of Wind-swelling Contracture

Summary Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction on the acute syndrome of cough variant asthma(CVA),and to provide more reliable basis for the clinical application and promotion of the prescription,in order to play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CVA.Features.Methods: Collect the information of 70 CVA patients with acute syndrome of wind-excessive syndrome who meet the inclusion criteria of this tr ial,and divide them into the control group and the treatment group with 35 cases each according to the random number method.The control group was given budesonide formoterol,and the treatment group was given budesonide formoterol combined with Qufeng Xu anfei Decoction for 2 weeks.Systematic comparison of the changes in data such as TCM syndrome scores,LCQ scores,and lung function between the two groups before and after treatment.The data were analyzed using software SPSS26.0.Result:1.Clinical efficacy: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group(total effective rate of 93.9%)is higher than that of the control group(total effective rate of 73.5%),and the overall efficacy of the treatment group is better(P<0.01).2.TCM syndromes: The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the treatment group changed more significantly than those of the control group,and th e difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.LCQ score: The total LCQ scores and the scores of physiological,psychological and social areas of the two groups increased(P<0.01);after treatment,the LCQ score of the treatment group increased mo re significantly than that of the control group,indicating that the patient was coughing The quality has been effectively improved(P<0.05).4.Pulmonary function: Comparing the levels of lung function(FEV1and PEF value)of the two groups of patients be fore and after treatment,there are differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the improvement of the lung function level of the treatment group is stronger than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol has better curative effect in the treatment of CVA acute wind syndrome,which is better than pure western medicine.It can significantly alleviate the patients' TCM syndromes,increase FEV1 and PEF values,and improve cough and quality of life,To pro vide a reference for the direction of clinical CVA treatment.
