Clinical Evaluation Of Fuzheng Qufeng Granule Combined With Salmeterol Cardone Pulp Inhalation In Treating Qixu Fengsheng Cough Variant Asthma

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Fuzheng Qufeng Granule combined with salmeterol cardone inhalation in the treatment of qi deficiency and cough variant asthma and to explore the pathogenesis.Methods: 66 patients with qi deficiency and cough variant asthma were recruited from outpatients and inpatients in Henan Province.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty-three patients in each group were treated with salmeterol inhalation Dose 50 ug /250 ug inhalation;treatment group in the control group based on the use of Fuzheng Qufeng cough particles,observed after 8 weeks of clinical efficacy.Results:A total of 66 patients were enrolled in this study.Six patients were shed,including 31 patients in the experimental group and 29 patients in the control group.There were no significant differences in gender,age,duration of disease,number of acute episodes,pulmonary function,nitric oxide breath test,immune index and clinical symptom score of TCM.Clinical efficacy is as follows:1.Number of acute episodes Compared with the control group,the number of acute exacerbations in the treatment group was significantly decreased(P <0.05).2.Lung function Compared with the control group,the FEV1 of the treatment group did not increase significantly(P> 0.05).The improvement rate of FEV1 after bronchodilator test was significantly decreased(P <0.05).3.Fe NO Compared with the control group,the nitric oxide test group(Fe NO)decreased significantly(P <0.05)in the treatment group.4.T cell subsets and immunoglobulin Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3 and CD4 / CD8 in the T group were significantly increased(P <0.05).5.Clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine points Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score of the treatment group decreased significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Fuzheng Qufeng cough granule combined with salmeterol cardone powder inhalant can reduce the number of acute attack of qi deficiency rheumatic asthma,improve cough,throat,swallow itching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,fatigue And other clinical symptoms.2.Fuzheng Qufeng cough granule combined with salmeterol cardone powder inhalants can improve FEV1,FEV1%,PEF,nitric oxide breath test(Fe NO)in patients with qi deficiency and cough variant asthma The3.Fuzheng Qufeng cough granule combined with salmeterol cardone powder inhalation agent in the treatment of qi deficiency wind cough variant asthma has a certain effect,its mechanism may be related to its improvement in immune function.
