| Objective: by investigating the syndromes of CVA in children with different seasons in Heze region,to explore the four-season incidence of CVA in children in Heze region,the distribution rules of TCM syndromes and their correlation with seasons,and to provide reference for the treatment of CVA in children from the perspective of cause and time.Method: with 2018.01.01-2019.01.01 in Heze city second class above general hospital outpatient pediatrics of CVA patients as the research object,and record the general data,such as the age,sex,period,and TCM four diagnostic data,according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine will case information summarized as cold attack lung syndrome,hot wind make lung syndrome,dry evil lung injury,lung phlegm evil yun,lung spleen kidney deficiency syndrome.Cases were divided into four seasons groups of spring,summer,autumn and winter at the time node of the beginning of spring,summer,autumn and winter in the middle of the twenty-four solar terms.The four seasons incidence of CVA children treated for medical treatment and the distribution of TCM syndrome types and their correlation with seasons were analyzed.Chi-square test was used to analyze whether the composition ratio of TCM syndrome types in the four seasons was the same.Results: a total of 1060 cases were included in this study,including 224 cases(21.13%)in spring,296 cases(27.92%)in summer,303 cases(28.58%)in autumn and 237 cases(22.37%)in winter.Incidence of the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine from high to low in turn is: cold on lung syndrome(25.47%)> lung syndrome(24.53%)> dry hot wind make evil lung injury syndrome(17.55%)> lung spleen and kidney deficiency(17.08%)> phlegmevil accumulate lung syndrome(15.38%),upon examination,P < 0.05,each card type form than have significant differences,including cold attack lung card with hot wind make a higher proportion of lung syndrome pathogenesis,followed by dry evil lung injury and lung spleen and kidney deficiency.The TCM syndromes of the four seasons group were compared within the four seasons group,and the distribution of syndromes of the four seasons was considered to have certain regularity.In summer,the syndrome of wind heat attacking lung was the most common,followed by the syndr ome of wind cold attacking lung.The ratio of dryness and evil to lung injury was higher in autumn.The proportion of lung syndrome caused by cold wind in winter was the highest,followed by phlegm and evil accumulation of lung and deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney.The season of TCM syndrome type was compared with the season of TCM syndrome type.There was no significant diffe rence in the four seasons composition of the wind-chill lung syndrome,and it was slightly higher in winter than in other seasons.The wind-heat lung syndrome mainly occurred in summer,followed by spring.The dryness evil lung syndrome was concentrated in autumn,the phlegm evil lung syndrome was on the high side in autumn and winter,and there was no significant difference in the distribution of the lung,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in four seasons.Conclusions: In this study,the incidence of CVA in children in summer and autumn was higher than that in winter and spring.The distribution of syndrome types was mainly wind-cold attack lung syndrome and wind-heat attack lung syndrome,followed by dry pathogen injury lung syndrome and lung-spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome.TCM syndromes have obvious correlation with the onset season.It has evidence to guide the treatment of CVA in children by using the theory of time differentiation,which is worthy of further clinical research and application. |
