Clinical Observation Of Peanut Runchang Decoction In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation With Blood Deficiency And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of peanut Runchang prescription in treating slow transit constipation with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome through clinical observation.Methods: According to the random number table Methods: 72 volunteers who met the diagnostic criteria of slow transit constipation with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome were divided into the experimental group and the control group.While cooperating with the general treatment,the experimental group was given peanut Runchang prescription,while the control group was given prulubili succinate tablets for a period of 4 weeks,of which 32 cases in each group were actually observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,marker residue number,recurrence rate and safety index of the two groups were statistically.Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,severity of illness and scores of various diseases before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.The effective rate at the end of the prescribed course of treatment was 90.63% in the treatment group and 71.88% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the group comparison before and after treatment,the treatment group has statistical significance in the comparison of TCM syndrome total score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score(P< 0.05),while the control group has statistical significance in the comparison of TCM syndrome total score,main symptom score and insomnia(P < 0.05).4.Compared between the two groups after treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05)in TCM syndrome total score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score.5.There was significant difference in marker residue(P <0.05)between the intra-group comparison before and after treatment andthat between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05).6.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).7.Adverse reactions did not occur in the treatment group and 2cases in the control group.Conclusion: Peanut Runchang prescription combined with general treatment has definite clinical effect on blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome of slow transit constipation,can significantly improve TCM symptoms,is safe and has no side effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
