Objective:To explore the curative effect and estimate safety of Tongbian Fangin treating slow-transit constipation(yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome).Methods: 72 Patients with slow-transit constipation(yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome)from the outpatient of digestive department and gastrointestinal endoscopy room in The First Hospital of Chinese Medicine from 2015.1-2015.12. According to the order of treatment to the volunteers(that is,constipation patients) number The were randomly divided into Tongbian Fang treatment group(30 cases)and Mosapride group(30cases)with a treatment 4 weeks for both groups.Patients' Clinical curative effect,traditional Chinses medicine syndromes,colon transmission test, Continuous stability index, Safety index were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After 28 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total score of TCM syndrome, the total score of the two groups before and after the syndrome was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the main symptom scores, there were significant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05), the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the symptom integral, the two groups before and after comparison, the difference in the treatment group has statistical significance(P < 0.05),the control group in insomnia before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), after treatment group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In barium residual, the two groups before and after the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05), the difference between the two groups after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Adverse reactions in the control group, there were 1 cases of adverse reactions, the treatment group did not appear adverse reactions.Conclusions:General treatment can be effective in treating slow transit constipation Yin deficiency syndrome patients, obviously improve TCM symptoms, safe non-toxic side effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
